The owners were also in - they've earned every right to be proud of their business. They seem to know all the locals when they come in. This is a welcoming feeling. I ordered a Cheddar and Bacon Scone and a Cinnamon Roll. The cinnamon roll was still warm! I also got a Chocolate Macadamia Nut Latte. Everything tasted amazing - I really like this shop and will continue to visit and support the owners and employees here.

Sure we didn't have perfectly aesthetic clothing on but they were clean and appropriate. From the moment we walked in, both the cashier and the barista made us feel judged with their cold demeanor. When my husband tried thanking them twice as we interacted, they completely ignored him. It honestly felt like they couldn't wait to get us out of their shop. To top it off, we received a glaring amount of staring throughout our visit, making it a genuinely uncomfortable experience. As for the orders: my chai latte was extremely watery, though I will give credit where it's due--my husband's coffee was actually very good. Unfortunately, great coffee doesn't make up for cold, inhospitable customer service.
