The workers are all so nice and the people coming in and out were also amazed at the amount of souvenirs and merchandise. That's straight-up disrespectful and childish. If this is the kind of behavior BIGGBY allows, it explains why this location has such a bad reputation. Coffee shops are supposed to be about customer service--here, you can't even get basic human decency. I'll never waste my time or money at this BIGGBY again.
