Hasan did a great job in my old limestone countertops. They had stains and white etch marks all over them and now they are smooth and natural looking again. He was easy to communicate with, worked quickly and did not leave a mess at all. I also felt his service was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him. read more

Hasan at Diamond Tile Restoration was simply amazing! I hired him to polish and resurface my kitchen counters (quartz). It was very hard to find someone to do this job with quartz because it's not a natural stone but Hasan did the job and did it well! He was extremely quick and responsive with responding to me over text and sent me a quote very quickly as well. He never tried to upsell or get more money out of me for things I didn't need but was willing to go the extra mile for me when a few of my spots needed extra attention. He even fix a chip on the side of my counter and filled the cracks in my tile backsplash grout line. The finished product was a shiny, brand new looking counter! I would highly recommend Hasan to anyone who needs help with bringing their counters back to life and fixing dull spots, scratches, chips and more. Thank you Hasan - will definitely be in touch in a few years when we need our counters done again! read more

(Forgot to write this review in 2024! His service was so good, I am here to write it two years later) Hasan did an amazing job restoring my heavily worn marble counter top. When I purchased the home, it was clear this was not cared for in years. Marble is a soft stone, it's basically a pet - LOL. Hasan was a clear communicator, showed up on time and completed the project as planned. During the service, he was very professional, had the right tools for the job and made sure my kitchen was well protected from the polishing debris. The final product spoke for it self - my once worn and tired marble counter now BEAMED brightly. It was so perfect, I didn't even want to touch it. I highly recommend his service. read more

Do not use this company. We spent almost $4,700 to have our marble counters and shower refinished and they look worse than before. We were told that the sealer was done, but any liquid on the counter caused marks and the marks could be felt. Again any liquid no matter how quickly it was wiped up left marks. The shower looks the same as before. It doesn't look like any sealer was applied. The floor has parts that doon't look like it was sealed at all. And the corners were untouched. read more

We have Silestone white quartz backsplash. We had a 6 x 4 in yellow discoloration from stove back burner. Hasan set proper expectations that there was no guarantee it could be resolved. I still wanted to try. Hasan did a great job to remove most of the yellow and if you look hard , yes , you can still see a faint shadow of the yellow but it's much improved and cheaper than replacement. read more

Hasan was extremely professional from start to finish, and the end result was nothing short of immaculate. At our request, he came by for a quick evaluation of the crack in our granite countertop to provide a more accurate estimate. He took great care to protect the surrounding surfaces and floors with drapes before starting the work, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a 150% satisfaction experience, and I highly recommend Hasto anyone looking for expert stone repair or restoration! read more

Placed a request for bid on recaulking space between granite counter and backsplash along with applying sealant. Was asked for a picture. I asked why that was needed. Response was "never mind". Hasan was extremely respectful and polite and came on time and did an amazing job. Our travertine vanity had a long crack behind the faucet. It was going to be about $5k to replace it and it wasn't going to match the rest of the bathroom. Hasan came in and did a masterful job of fixing it and sanding and sealing everything. I hired Diamond Stone Restoration to repair two chips in my Caesar Stone countertop, one of which was rather significant. I also hoped he could refresh the countertop's overall appearance. Hasan responded quickly and arrived promptly when I mentioned I needed the work done asap. He worked meticulously on the repairs, and I am really happy with the results. My countertops now look as good as new, and the chips are undetectable. See pics. Based on the exceptional quality of his repairs, I hired him again to renew and seal the grout on my bathroom floor. He arrived the very next day to carry out the work, and once again, I am very pleased with the results. Hasan himself is a diamond! He is friendly and polite, and his prices are reasonable. He adhered to his estimates and was dependable with his schedule, going so far as to text me when he knew he would be 10 minutes late. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Diamond Tile Restoration, for both quality of work and dependability. read more

We've had few cracks along the seams in our granite countertop for a few years now. Like most, with the pandemic we've been home more and cooking a lot more, so we decided to go ahead and get the cracks fixed up. Hasan was very responsive via email and offered a quote after sending some photos. We scheduled something within a few days and he arrived on time and got to work. He assessed the issues and explained what needed to be done to fix it and confirmed everything was agreeable before getting to work. He laid down tarp on the floor and plastic sheeting over the front of the cabinets below the counter and to the sides of the area he was working. Very pleased with the work overall and the price seemed reasonable based on some internet searches. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! read more

Hasan of Diamond Tile Restoration *really* knows what he's doing. We have a very expensive type of high quartz granite called Aphrodite from Madagascar which had broken wide open in several places near the faucets of the sink. There was water getting down into the cupboards, and ruining everything. Hasan explained that he sees this often, and knows exactly how to fix it - so we gave him the go-ahead. Now, of course, its one thing to fix a problem - it's a whole different thing to fix it so it looks nice and "hidden" within the natural colors/variations of the granite itself. Well, as you can see in the pictures I've provided, Hasan did an outstanding job! Sure, if you are looking for the places where the cracks were, you will notice a slight difference that shows it was once cracked - but natural stone has crack-lines in it anyway ! - our island has about 3 or 4 natural "cracks" showing in it anyway (they're not open cracks of course). So, I for one would HIGHLY recommend Hasan of Diamond Tile restoration for this kind of work! read more

Highly recommend Hasan. Not many people are willing to do this work. We wanted someone to remove our 2 basin undermount sink that was poorly installed by our developer. The metal support rod underneath was left unsealed. It rusted and cracked the granite above it, in front of the sink. The price to do this work is high and there is risk that the counter could get damaged, but we went for it, because our counter was already damaged and Hasan does repairs. He was able to cut out our sink which was glued between plywood and the counter without causing any damage. We have cheap granite from our developer...Only 3/4" thick... I was really surprised Hasan could cut through so many layers and a weak granite layer without damaging anything. If we consider what it would have cost to replace our counterops to get rid of the damage and install a new sink, Hasan was a bargain. Very professional and communicative. We were very pleased. read more

Hasan is an amazing granite countertop craftsman and very professional to deal with. I had a 2 foot crack in my kitchen countertop. I sent him photos and he promptly provided a quotation which I accepted. He scheduled me and sent text reminder the day before the appointment to confirm. A day or two after Hasan cleaned and sealed our bluestone patio, my wife and I were concerned about some dark splotches remaining on some of the Bluestone. I took a picture and sent it to Hasan, and he immediately responded and said he would come back and see what to be done. As promised, Hasan returned and again cleaned and scrubbed the bluestone, even getting down on his hands and knees and sanding a few dark spots in order to remove some stains which we were concerned about. Once the stone dried, we observed a definite improvement. We are impressed with Hasan's professionalism and responsibility and desire to make the job perfect. If you have a cracked, kitchen granite counter top, look no further. Hasan was amazing and worth every penny! I can't we have the same counter. His attention to detail was amazing. He carefully broke up the counter to get to the corroded metal bar which caused the crack, and removed it completely. Then took a few hours to put the broken portion back together, literally one piece at a time. Besides repair, he treated the whole counter with sealant and reglued the space between the sink and the counter to avoid water damaging another area. Besides his master craftsmanship, he was so clean! The way he covered the work area and beyond, like the stove and refrigerator, with plastic which was a testament that he didn't cut corners. So professional! I called and emailed several places with no luck. Luckily a very nice lady from a granite store referred me to Hasan and I'm so glad she did. If she hadn't, I don't know what I would've done. Hasan is the best!!! read more

Even if you don't follow my color recommendation, you still could not explain why you used the same color for both the kitchen and bathroom countertops. To match the existing grout lines, the kitchen needs a warmer tone and the bathroom needs a grey-er tone. You used the same colored product for both the countertop joints. Please explain this. Unfortunately the photos I posted were all the "after" photos. I've posted more. You can see the Bone colored caulking against the white countertop in the bathroom. It does not match the original grout lines above at all. Mr Hasan I invite you to come and see in person how the caulking looks like now that it is dried, so you can understand what the issue is. (Only if you want to, it's up to you) Please be honest and not say that the money we paid is not enough for gas trip to the house. Your estimate was $450, which we knew could change. In the end, you added $150 to the original quote, and with the Yelp Deal you are running on your page (minus $50), you earned $550 for this job. Contrary to your claim, we did not get any discounts for the mistakes you made. You cashed the check on 9/18/19. That is many many gallons of gas. We know that you love your family and have a family to feed. But please do not claim that there was a $100 or $200 or even 80% discount. read more

Diamond Tile Restoration - Wrong color used at the joint where backsplash meets the countertop. He used a much darker and yellower shade but insisted that it matches. - Refinishing Services Near Me

Diamond Tile Restoration is outstanding. I have quartz countertops that had etch marks, small chips, etc. These things were driving me crazy for years. Especially the etch marks, which I didn't think could be fixed. I called Hasan and he was super responsive, gave me a fair quote, arrived at my house on time, and was very friendly and courteous. He worked diligently for a few hours, calling me over several times to make sure the results were what I was hoping. The countertops now look AMAZING. Etch marks are gone. Chips are repaired and nearly impossible to see. The surface finish of the countertops is consistent throughout. I'm extremely picky and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend. read more
