Do not use this company. We spent almost $4,700 to have our marble counters and shower refinished and they look worse than before. We were told that the sealer was done, but any liquid on the counter caused marks and the marks could be felt. Again any liquid no matter how quickly it was wiped up left marks. The shower looks the same as before. It doesn't look like any sealer was applied. The floor has parts that doon't look like it was sealed at all. And the corners were untouched. read more

Hasan of Diamond Tile Restoration *really* knows what he's doing. We have a very expensive type of high quartz granite called Aphrodite from Madagascar which had broken wide open in several places near the faucets of the sink. There was water getting down into the cupboards, and ruining everything. Hasan explained that he sees this often, and knows exactly how to fix it - so we gave him the go-ahead. Now, of course, its one thing to fix a problem - it's a whole different thing to fix it so it looks nice and "hidden" within the natural colors/variations of the granite itself. Well, as you can see in the pictures I've provided, Hasan did an outstanding job! Sure, if you are looking for the places where the cracks were, you will notice a slight difference that shows it was once cracked - but natural stone has crack-lines in it anyway ! - our island has about 3 or 4 natural "cracks" showing in it anyway (they're not open cracks of course). A day or two after Hasan cleaned and sealed our bluestone patio, my wife and I were concerned about some dark splotches remaining on some of the Bluestone. I took a picture and sent it to Hasan, and he immediately responded and said he would come back and see what to be done. Highly recommend Hasan. Not many people are willing to do this work. We wanted someone to remove our 2 basin undermount sink that was poorly installed by our developer. The metal support rod underneath was left unsealed. It rusted and cracked the granite above it, in front of the sink. The price to do this work is high and there is risk that the counter could get damaged, but we went for it, because our counter was already damaged and Hasan does repairs. He was able to cut out our sink which was glued between plywood and the counter without causing any damage. We have cheap granite from our developer...Only 3/4" thick... I was really surprised Hasan could cut through so many layers and a weak granite layer without damaging anything. If we consider what it would have cost to replace our counterops to get rid of the damage and install a new sink, Hasan was a bargain. Very professional and communicative. If you have a cracked, kitchen granite counter top, look no further. Hasan was amazing and worth every penny! I can't we have the same counter. His attention to detail was amazing. He carefully broke up the counter to get to the corroded metal bar which caused the crack, and removed it completely. Then took a few hours to put the broken portion back together, literally one piece at a time. Besides repair, he treated the whole counter with sealant and reglued the space between the sink and the counter to avoid water damaging another area. Besides his master craftsmanship, he was so clean! The way he covered the work area and beyond, like the stove and refrigerator, with plastic which was a testament that he didn't cut corners. Even if you don't follow my color recommendation, you still could not explain why you used the same color for both the kitchen and bathroom countertops. To match the existing grout lines, the kitchen needs a warmer tone and the bathroom needs a grey-er tone. You used the same colored product for both the countertop joints. Please explain this. Unfortunately the photos I posted were all the "after" photos. I've posted more. You can see the Bone colored caulking against the white countertop in the bathroom. It does not match the original grout lines above at all. Mr Hasan I invite you to come and see in person how the caulking looks like now that it is dried, so you can understand what the issue is. (Only if you want to, it's up to you) Please be honest and not say that the money we paid is not enough for gas trip to the house. Your estimate was $450, which we knew could change. In the end, you added $150 to the original quote, and with the Yelp Deal you are running on your page (minus $50), you earned $550 for this job. Contrary to your claim, we did not get any discounts for the mistakes you made. You cashed the check on 9/18/19. That is many many gallons of gas.
