I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor.     I've been using four ones car service for over 20 years and today's the final straw. They…read morecontinuously decline in customer service skills over the past years. With all this other competition putting local cab services out of business you would think they would speak to me with a little bit of decency. I called 2 ina half weeks ago for a price quote to and from Manhattan. I spoke with a gentleman that claimed to be the manager and he said that it was going to be 35 flat rate if I was to continue taking a car service every Saturday till indefinitely. He then proceeds to tell me to call the day of to set up the car service and to give credit card information. 2 1/2 weeks later on that Saturday I call four ones and they say they have no recollection of this conversation and that the price is not 35 but it is 40 although, i was upset. I paid the difference that Saturday. Charged 35 on company card, paid the 5 dollar difference plus 8 dollar tip for the driver. Today, I called to speak with the owner Matthew to discuss what had happened on that previous call and what the miscommunication was but instead Lisa the manager answered the phone. She insisted that Matthew doesn't handle any of the calls and that she has the final say -totally disregarding the actual issue which was the miscommunication or the fact that a gentleman claimed to be the manager 2 1/2 weeks ago, giving a different rate. Nonetheless, she continues to tell me that she is not able to work with the price and that I could not speak with Matthew and she abruptly hung up the phone with me. I then called back and Matthew, the owner, picks up. In my mind, I was thinking maybe since he is the owner he would have some type of customer service skills, I was wrong. He, as well, was arguing with me instead of politely apologizing for the miscommunication on THEIR behalf. He then proceeded to tell me that he is not able to honor that price and that he has "Customers for longer than I am and he never gave them a break on the price" because of gas prices increasing. If he were to just tell me politely that they could not honor that price that was given i would of ended on good terms with them. Instead, now i'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. Work on your customer services skills or your business that you claim is your "baby" will be a thing of the past. I just contacted my company and explained the situation and they offered to pay up to 50 dollars for transportation expenses each direction. I will gladly take my business through a convenient app such as Lyft or uber.

The driver was at my hotel promptly. At Penn Station the driver stopped in an area of the street with blue diagonal lines. I got out and we unpacked my luggage. Later I wondered if she could have gotten a ticket for parking there. I saw a map of Moynihan-Penn Station inside the station which showed an area on one side of the complex for taxis, Ubers, etc to stop. If you are a prospective rider going to Moynihan-Penn Station do a little research to find where this designated area is. It will be safer for the driver,safer for passengers to get out and unload, and is closer to the trains.
