I understand that they're incredibly busy during this time but they pushed back they're service 5 consecutive days without ever informing us. We had to contact them every day after they had told is the day before they would be there the next day. They did waive the diagnostic fee which was appreciated but they also left the hot tub dead after they got it running initially. A simple fuse replacement has it running again now.
