Since I couldn't be home, my wife met with him, and she was very impressed by how respectful, personable, and professional he was. His attitude and professionalism (toward a woman) played a big part in our decision to hire KCG. The project included upgrading our electrical panel from 100 to 200 amps, installing a generator transfer switch, and adding a 240-volt outlet in the garage. On installation day, the crew arrived right on schedule. The team consisted of Kyle (the owner), Cliff, Mike (who did an outstanding job with the panel upgrade), and Gage. Everyone on the team was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard, and we're very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend KCG to anyone looking for quality electrical work at a fair price.

The situation was a bit of a unique case in that I had converted a sunroom into a second bedroom and there were some areas that were not finished well enough so it allowed for space for the rats to get in between the roof I put over the top and the mesh sunroom original finish. I do have guests staying frequently in that room so it had become absolutely not usable by the time they'd made their nests with night noises and, unfortunately, droppings. I am an animal lover so asked Michael if he could remove them without killing them and not only did he do that but he re-did the ceiling so it actually looks far better than before and even added a really beautiful rustic trim. Full exclusion of the rats and I really appreciate his courtesy of my time, working in between when I have guests, and my budget. Very thoughtful, I don't know who would give a bad review, as he was honest, communicative, professional, and made the place not only pest-free but more beautiful than it was before.
