He was patient, attentive, and responsive through the entire process and helped design a ring that my fiancée absolutely loved. A lot of our friends and family also were highly complimentary of it and asked for Ned's information. I couldn't be happier with my experience with him. He gave a more than reasonable price without sacrificing any quality on the ring. One of the biggest things outside of helping with a complete custom design on the ring was he also followed up with offering us assistance in securing vendors for our wedding. Snapped in half three weeks later and she takes extremely good care of her jewelry. 3. Asked him to update my name plate last Christmas to include my son's name in addition to my daughters. Got the order wrong three times. My Christmas gift (ordered in September) was finally ready in may...and it was wrong (again). Once it was finally corrected based on the drawing we do together, it also snapped in half after 2 months. Over 4k too. Sucks I had to pay another jeweler hundreds of dollars to repair his shitty work but that's how much I will never go back here.
