After researching low-impact alternatives, I hoped that water aerobics would provide an effective workout that my body could tolerate, and the classes here fulfilled both criteria perfectly. I attended my first Shallow Water Aerobics class on Tuesday evening with Sue, followed by a Shallow Water Arthritis class on Wednesday morning with Christine. Both instructors were fantastic; it was evident that they take their roles seriously and are genuinely committed to ensuring participants receive an effective workout tailored to their individual needs. Furthermore, they were both engaging and personable with every attendee. I enjoyed two excellent workouts and look forward to participating in many more.

We have been able to swim in meets at Georgia Tech, Cumming Aquatic Center and Mountain View. Each swim meet brings a new learning experience and friends for our swimmer. Driving in can be a bit tricky because the entryway is a two-way road that seems built as a one-way, but people are pretty safe about that. The life guard, Dylan, is an absolute delight and really pays attention. A wonderful escape in the summer!
