Most salons are actually busy & have to check there schedules to get you in.The girl that was doing my hair(Kristen) was rude and unfriendly. The whole time she was doing my hair she didn't engage in any conversation with me what so ever. I brought in a picture of what I wanted & when she was finished my hair looked like the roots were touched up but that was it. Keep in mind that I asked for THICK blond highlights. Instead I got thin strands of blonde which didn't make my hair look bad but I didn't see much of a difference. She kept saying that's what I asked for, excuse me, I'm telling you that's not what I wanted at least have enough decency to fix your mistake.Then, I came home & my family didn't even notice that I got my hair done. If that's the reaction that I wanted then I would have dyed my hair from a box. I then came back to dispute the price b/c I was displeased & she said the only way she would fix my hair is if I paid double the price. & the reason my hair didn't look like the one in the picture was b/c my roots were grown out.. That's information she should have told me ahead of time. She should have said: hey, your roots are dark so it won't look like the picture & if you want the thick highlights it will cost more money. NOPE, instead she was extremely rude & then refused to fix my hair b/c I came back later that night b/c I was dissatisfied & didn't tell her immediately. Last time I checked I'm the customer & she should have ATLEAST been friendly & offered to re-do my hair. Unfortunately, I had to pay her the full price & I now have to go to a different salon & pay even more money because she couldn't do her job. I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this place for ANYTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wanted a super simple design on my ring fingers and even had a reference photo and it looked nothing like it. I asked for a teal color and got baby blue. I also feel like the acrylic is lifting off my nails and is making them look funky. I was not impressed. Besides that, the shop was clean and quiet. I'll definitely be looking for a different salon if I ever go back to a salon... I might just stick to my press-on nails.

In my opinion I will not be going back I came in music is way to loud there was 4 nail technicians and 2 pedicure technicians and it was dead. Only myself and two others there and I felt very rushed I told the tech I wanted deep blood red nails with a matte top coat and a black spider web on my ring finger. The tech immediately started working which I had no issue with my issues started when it started to get a bit busier and I could tell my tech was seriously rushing to get in another client after she painted my nails top coated them and started on my spider web I asked if she could put a second top coat on the entire sides of most of the nails and the cuticle area where it was not coated and the polish had begun rubbing off onto my skin. The techs exact words "no you just need to wash your hands" so I did so and that's when the sides of polish really started coming off. I said something to the tech they looked at it and walked up to the counter. I paid $50 dollars for this set. My ring finger has already started lifting on my left hand and the sides of the nails there is no longer any polish on them as it had rubbed off. There is left over acrylic under the nails sitting on my skin which if left there you can get an allergic reaction to the acrylic. I will not be going back.

Our first bridal party member didn't even get seated until 3pm, he was argumentative about a color change, he was argumentative about how many were in our party, he continuously skipped over our party members and called back other customers - we were just there to get a simple nude almond set each. He yelled at us about asking to change the color, we only asked 1 time. He yelled at me saying that I didn't have the number of the party right and that we only reserved 4 sets and not 5...we called in advanced to avoid any confusion. Completely unprofessional, pushy, and hateful.
