Constant upselling was a bit tiresome. They were nice though and my nails were nice when finished.

I usually have no problems with them doing my real nails but I guess they were rushing because it was 30 minutes to closing but ROSE drilled all the way through my nails! Came for services Dec 31st. I wasn't initially happy they they started pedicure services in two individuals who came in after me when I was already in the chair only to be asked to get up from the pedicure chair to have my nails started first. I overlooked that and stayed. Initially my nails were gorgeous! Two days later they started to chip. By the time I had an off day my nails were terrible! I wish I could have gotten a picture before I went to another shop to get them fixed. There is no reason that a couple days after service my nails had started chipping and peeling. I get dip! In the process of getting my nails and feet done. Always get my eyebrows and eyelashes done here. The lady who does the eyelashes is the only one I ever go to for absolutely everything. She is great. Been coming here a few years. If you have any issue, they have no problem fixing it (unlike other places) I would recommend it. Only had a couple of issues over the last few years and that was simply an eyelash coming off. But I came back and she fixed it immediately, no charge, of course. read more

I had a pedicure, dip powder nail polish and an eye brow wax. They have updated their pedicure chairs and they are comfy. All services were completed by different people. The pedicure was good and I had a very attentive technician, I did notice others being rushed through the process. My technician was older and they call her MaMa, she takes her time and actually cares about the health of your feet. My nails were done by a young man and he was really fast. I was worried that they would look rushed due to his speed, but they looked nice. The best part of my experience were my brows. I had been growing them out to change the shape. I had a picture of how I wanted them and she was able to achieve the look. I will continue to return there while I'm in the area. read more

My first time visiting there was today. The experience was ok but I will not be visiting again. I initially went to get a pedicure but while having that done and talking with one of the employees I was talked into getting a manicure because of the discount I would receive. When I was ready to pay they had revoked the discount leaving me to pay FULL price for something that I'd only gotten because of the price. Went today with my daughter just for a nail polish change. The lady that did it was rude from the start. We should have left even before she started. We were not greeted upon arrival. She was yelling with an older lady that also worked there. When she started the polishing she did not paint the tips or sides of the nails. I asked her to paint them and she rolled her eyes. Then the polish was thick and gumming up on my nails. It was like little balls of paint and wavy. I showed it to her. She became angry and said it's the polish. It's cheaper then the other we have and continued to argue with me. She said "do you not understand! Well that was it. I told her to reminder it and left.
