Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! (Tip your tech y'all, they're going above and beyond.)

Mighty expensive as others have mentioned but not out of line with what everyone else is charging. In fact, my detailer of several decades who I like and trust very much was $500 more! Not especially convenient location for me if I have to leave the car for the day but it is what it is. I plan to come by periodically for the $50 hand wash which can be done while I wait. These guys definitely know their business and I guess that was the most important thing to me. I wanted to get my new and certainly last new car off to a good start and Darrell accomplished that.

They kept me informed as the restoration process proceeded. Bryam did wonderfully with my insurance company to make sure I got maximum compensation. Their going rates for what I had to cover out of pocket were reasonable. So helpful!! I have chemical /scent sensitivities and they got my car restored to new/neutral smell condition! No allergy problems afterwards. They even delivered it back to me since I'm going through health challenges right now and can't always drive. These guys are the best! Choose them with confidence.
