Robert gave us recommendations while we are here and I express enough gratitude for his top notch customer service. We were comfortable and treated like family. He gave us his cell to call in case we needed to change times because of the baby. Who does that?? Please order this car service from start to finish. You will be happy you did!!

Ray and his amazing team of drivers never let me down. The cars are always immaculate, there are phone chargers and bottles of water available. They are early for an on-time pick up, every time. The drivers are kind, patient, helpful, and take my lead if i am in a chatty mood or prefer some quiet time. Prices are reasonable and you can set your account up to include gratuities so no scrambling last minute for cash tip for the driver. I choose them every time- sure they may cost more than ube but i gladly give a few extra bucks for this family-run business, and for my own peace of mind.

I have reported them to the BBB…read more I am fuming mad so I will stick to the facts: 1) Park Limo was hired by Amy Cooper and Chris McIntyre for their wedding which occurred on 10/22/2021. They hired them for one limousine that could carry 10 people at a time. I was the Man of Honor at this wedding 2) Park Limo call 10/22 (the day of the wedding) to confirm their services for 10/23 -- a day AFTER the wedding. The bride told them they messed up and that the wedding was that day. 3) Park Limo arrived late to pick the bridal party up with a limo that could only seat 5 -- half the number of guests which would require twice the amount of trips. 4) The bride had the groom speak to the limo service and let him know they would not be paying for extra time since the limo service messed up by only sending a limo that sat 5 people. 5) At the end of the service and right before cocktail hour, a friend/guest came up to me and told me there was a Palm Beach Sheriffs officer. 6) The officer said he was sent by the limo company to settle a dispute since the groom had stated that he refused to pay for their extra time 7) I brought the bride to her suite sobbing and shaking while the groom and the best man spoke to the sheriff about the situation and try to keep it out of view of the guests I request a full refund from Park Limo and a formal letter of apology to the McIntyres for not fulfilling their contract and for sending the police to interrupt the wedding when the blame falls solely on the company for breach of contract. Sincerely, Michael Perry
