As the Post Office was on strike I had to wait until Dec 17th when it was over. When I didn't get them before Christmas I called FYI. It is now Jan 4th, I have called Nanaimo once and Ladysmith twice and after being told each time they will be shipped right away, they have still not been mailed.

He gave me a rather weak, "Yeah, I could probably be better at communicating." What he should have offered is a refund since I was lied to and never would have gone to this place if they had been honest and accurate on the phone. So in the end I wasted half my day and $230 and received no contact lens prescription. Criminal.
