This is a huge bonus for families. To start, you are entered into their system and given a tour of the dental office. It is the most modern and clean dental clinic I have ever visited. Everything looks pristine. My favorite part has to be the flatscreen t.v. hanging on the ceiling for you to watch Netflix or Cable while you get your procedure done! Stefanie was my hygenist and she took her time to explain every thing she was doing. She took photos of my teeth and you can see it in color on the ceiling mounted tv screen! I was floored. Im use to seeing only black and white xrays. Stefanie was so gentle and thorough in my teeth cleaning. Stefanie offered me the choice of flavors for the polish and flouride. I never had the option of flavors before which just made things feel more personal. I picked cherry but there was also mint and bubblegum. Trust me. Ask for Stefanie when you come here! You wont regret it. Overall, they really wanted to educate me on my dental health to enpower me. I felt like they were looking out for my best interest and it was up to me in the end to decide what that was. Dr. Novin has an amazing office here and I'm so glad I visited today.

Dr. Novin was very calm, polite and educational as to what needed to be done and believe me there was extensive work to be done. I entered feeling very scared/terrified due to past experiences and felt somewhat comfortable here. I did not get the "lecture" nor did I feel embarrassed here. We discussed the past and the potential of a beautiful smile. I knew this was the place for me! The staff here are amazing!! From the moment you enter the doorway to the minute that you leave they are all cheerful and encouraging. I have had extensive work done in my mouth and I am very pleased with the outcome. I love the "one stop shop" and the ambiance of this office. The staff never makes your feel awkward and I am sure that you will enjoy your experience here whether is is for a simple cleaning or major surgery. If you are like me (level 10 terrified) this place will put you at ease. I would like to thank Dr. Novin, Dr. Gino and Fernando plus all of the staff there that made my experience much more pleasant. Thank you!!!

Both of them have a great personality and did a great job. There's TV's on the ceiling, the place seems very clean. Dr. Peter helped me out with my remaining appointments and although I was nervous, he did a great job. I highly recommend this place. Starting off a cleaning with a hand paraffin treatment? Yup! The clinic is absolutely as technically advanced as it could be - with all the newest and greatest to make sure you're comfortable during you're visit. The dentist was able to immediately treat some problems that have been bothering me for years, and other dentists said there was nothing they could do to help (solution: fillings on the outside of my teeth where gums had receded and roots of teeth started chipping causing tons of sensitivity and discomfort). The dentist was kind and empathetic, and took care of my needs (even though I had not complained about anything - she was experienced and knowledgeable enough to know what had to be done just by examining). I really appreciate that she took photos of my teeth to after show me what was treated, and what we can do going forward to make sure my teeth and gums stay healthy. The clinic really goes above and calls after the appointment to make sure you're feeling good and see if there are any other concerns. I've never had this kind of experience from a dentist office. I highly recommend visiting! Use Open Care to get a $50 gift card from them after your appointment.

So I jumped on the Opencare offer and decided to try out a different dentist that was closer to home and I'm so glad I did. I saw Dr. Linda Chau and she was amazing. In the past couple of visits I've had with her (including an initial check-up, a cleaning, a root canal, and a root canal check up), I've never had to wait for her. She's always professional, punctual, and extremely thorough in my visits. She is always explaining what is happening and I never feel like I'm in the dark when it comes to my care. I remember on my initial visit, she went through every tooth and what I could do with it and gave me a list of things she'd eventually like to do. However, knowing that I didn't want to be pressured to do things, she then gave me timelines on when I would want to have certain things done by because it would affect my oral health, and which of the items were mainly cosmetic or touch-ups and could be put on hold for a long time. On top of all that, she's extremely good at what she does. When she did my root canal, she was so skilled, I actually fell asleep in the chair XD The rest of the staff is also amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
