So when we reminded him that we specifically reserved a ground level, handicap accessible room, this CONCEITED JERK said " I already gave them all away! You are lucky you got a room at all!!" So now my parents, that have a really hard time with stairs, have to walk clear across the property AND climb two flights of stairs. THEN... when I went back to take a picture of him, so there would be no question of who it was, he was speaking PERFECT english with only a very slight accent.
