When questioned we would be told they were short staffed or offer some other excuses. After a few weeks we gave them ample opportunities to correct their issues. The last straw was when they did not even show up yet claimed they did. Moreover demanded payment for services not rendered. We still have not received our key back after multiple requests. Highly unreliable and unethical in my opinion. Do not recommend.

I replied that two would be much better and asked if he could make it two, not three. He texted with some other questions, but didn't respond about starting. I asked again. No answer. I asked again. No answer. Nor did I get the quote. I called the next day, left a VM, and never heard back. Very, very dissatisfied. Some reply, even to say he couldn't take the job, would have been preferable to complete radio silence. Not to mention just plain polite. He lost a repeat customer.
