There are other stores that may have specialized tools or more upscale inventory but Home Depot fits our needs. Service is good. The workers are easy enough to find and knowledgeable about the inventory in the store and what aisle to find it. We've asked for some pretty unusual items and they know just where to fix it. The store is neat and well organized and inventory is stocked so they don't run out of things that often. There are plenty of checkouts so you aren't standing waiting in lines. I definitely recommend Home Depot and will be back.
