The person messaged me saying he'd be late due to a car accident--which I understood--but then never showed up. After that, he completely stopped responding to texts and calls. No explanation, no refund, nothing. This was a total waste of time and money. Completely unprofessional. Don't book with this service unless you're okay with being ghosted and losing your deposit.
