DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT. COME HERE. I'm waiting on the police now to file a report for damage done to my 2020 Toyota Camry. I left Rouses and observed my car WITHOUT any damage. Came straight to Bebo's. I've attached a picture of the damage. The manager is crooked and shady. So is his boss. I WILL file a small claims case against them. DO NOT COME HERE if you want your vehicle to remain in tact. I informed the manager that doing business this way would come back in highly negative ways. read more

I mean its quick and for the wed special price of 4.00 they dont do a bad job but you can upgrade and I m sure it would be lots cleaner..there were still some dirt spots left but for the most part not bad..of course you vacum your own car thus the 4.00 price.. years ago we had them vacumn inside, clean windows etc for 18.00 but it wasnt a good job so we just went to the outside ..it was also the only carwash in Foley now there are lots of them.. read more

Do not go here to wash your car if you are doing anything other than a quick self drive though. Any detailing done by Bebo is awful. First there is no instructions as to what to do when you come out of the self drive car wash. The workers ignore you, when you get out of your car and go ask for help, 6 employees just look at you. They are working on other cars but do not say anything. I had to go find someone to ask who was going to detail my car. Finally someone came and talked to me. I brought 2 cars in on sept 25, 2019. I got terriable service. Both cars were not cleaned well. For $40 each I exspect the door jams to be cleaned. I discovered a huge stain on my back seat that was no present before the detail. Went back 45 later and demanded they fix it. Was told by manager " we didnt to this". My seats were spotless prior to service. The manager did re clean back seat. When I got home discovered 3 more stains on the front seats. Now I have to buy my own fabric cleaner and try and get all 4 stains out myself. I am a disabled senior and this is a hardship for me. I am 40 minutes drive away from Bebos snd to have to drive 2 cars back to try in get the seats cleaned and both cars re washed is another hardship. I have never had such terrible service or rude employees at a wash wash company. Again.... DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED AT BEBOS CAR WASH ! read more

They did a horrible job. They put way to much oil in my car. It hasn't run good since. I recommend not using Bebo's ever. Update: I have taken my car to the dealership and they told me that Bebo's drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. NEVER USE BEBO'S!!!!!!!! Got $10 wash - quick and fairly clean ! Wheels were cleaned too! All automated wash!

This station stills operates as if it was 1919. Takes 2 separate transactions to get a car wash and a full tank of gas, but only before you have to go inside and pay twice. Car washes are the most expensive anywhere in the US and if you want to have interior cleaned bring your lunch! Shell rewards cards are not accepted unless you only buy gas. No one has any answers for why its this way my belief is its Alabama. read more

The employees at this car wash went above and beyond to help us! Coming back from a vacation we noticed egg on the hood/side of our car after leaving the hotel. They were extremely helpful and attentive!!! I highly recommend this place. read more

Had my oil changed here a few years ago in a new car, first oil change. Afterwards car was making a hideous noise, attendant at Bebo's said it must be a coincidence. Ford dealer said the car had twice the amount of oil in it as it was supposed to, Bebo's didn't drain out the old oil before putting in new oil. Ford was seriously considering voiding my warranty due to probable engine damage. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Wrote this on facebook book and paste for yelp!!! I'm very disappointed ! Worst place ever !!! I was in the foley location Friday around 4 and asked to speak with the manager all I wanted to mentioned to him is if he can make sure they vacuum and clean my car right because I'm paying express wash and the last time I was there it was Horrible wash so maybe this time they would do a better job and his answer was "well I think you need to go somewhere else" like seriously do your job!!! At least ask when was it or something not just tell customers to go somewhere else! My friend was with me and she was disappointed and promised she would never go back there for her car! And on top of that I come out and the back of my car was horrible and decided not to complain and contact the owner! Waste of money. Never going back. read more

This is not a good review. I called ahead to be sure they would have someone there to clean the interior of my surburban after the wash. But they would not do the cleaning because there was only one person working. I arrived at 5:10 PM, the phone call said some would be there till 6 PM, the web said they are open till 7 PM. So far I have not received anything near good service from this place In Foley. I would not waste time at this place read more

I have been there multiple times, they don't check fluids usually washer fluid is Bone dry, one of techs keeps his personal motorcycles in oil change bays right in the way, I guess it is okay with owner. Also techs look dirty and unprofessional. Two were just wearing dirty t shirts and jeans. No uniforms . I guess they don't require uniforms.. no longer go there.. terrible experience.. read more

My husband and I have been using your car wash for over 8 yrs. We have never gotten bad service before, so was a little disappointed on today's trip. Let me back up a little so you can understand. On June 20-18 my husband wanted a car wash and detail. Before he could get this the car wash went down. So he ended up not getting anything, but was promised he would get the detail any time, just show the receipt. I went today and spoke with James Allen the assistant manager and the very person who told my husband to come back for the detail part. I gave him the receipt where a detail was promised. James had given my husband the credit slip that was for the merchant. He also said whoever didn't give the proper receipt would be in trouble. He was the one that had done it. Employee#3803 also he had told my husband that the receipt would not expire, which he said he did not say. He was rude, loud and obnoxious to me. He did however give me the detail at no charge. Please tell your employees to just give the customer what they are entitled to. I always look at the person who represents Bebos as any other business. If they fail, you fail. read more

Went in for a oil change and was told I HAD to have synthetic oil put in my car a 2010 Chevy Impala. I have never payed more than the 39.99 for a oil change but figured this was a new law. I was charged 69.99 for my oil change and then was told that I could have signed a waiver and had regular oil put in but they waited until they put the synthetic oil in to let me know that. I will not be giving them anymore of my business. And I hope this keeps them from getting business. read more

Went to Bebos today for a carwash and after waiting in line and paying for a full service wash, I was lined up with the track and started into the wash. About 5 feet in my van stopped and was rocked side to side. All of a sudden there was a large jolt and a loud bang as my tire exploded in the track. I didn't know what happened and the employee who sent me thru ran into the wash to look at my vehicle still going thru the wash. He was wide eyes and I asked thru the window what was happening. He looked at me and said he didn't know. When I exited the wash, I was told to pull to the side. I did and got out of my car. My tire was pushed completely off the rim. I was upset but calm. The person who went thru behind me came over and said she saw the machine pushing my van around and then heard the pop. We sat for 20 mins and still nobody came to speak to me. We went looking for a manager and couldn't find anyone. About 10 mins later, I asked for an employee to find someone in charge for me. Finally a supervisor came over and told me the off duty manager said to tell me that Bebos was not responsible and they would not replace my tire. WHAT?????? They said this has never happened and that they were not at fault. I ended up changing my tire for the spare and driving away. I will NEVER ....EVER give this joke another penny of my money. A simple fix would be to apologise and replace my tire but they chose to take the low road. Buyer beware. read more
