Seriously, I have been to a lot of niche perfumeries around Europe and staff are always lovely and helpful and they speak English. Not here.

Instead she and some guard in there threatened us to call the police. She said if I really want to complain, I should wait 30 days and I was just in Prague for a vacation. While not cheap, she loved every minute of her time in the shop; she came in with some expectations for her custom creation and every one of those requirements were met! Do not get me wrong, this is a premium experience with a premium cost, but everything here is done well. Staff are multilingual (as is the website) and you can tell that you are in good hands from the moment you walk in.
