Thank you for your response, but your statement does not accurately reflect our experience in the program. My husband and I both attended, and after waiting several months with no clinical placement provided, my husband was forced to find his own clinical site in order to begin clinicals. We have documentation and proof of this. Because of that, it is completely inaccurate to imply that your program properly provided clinical placement support in our case. It is also false to suggest that the issue was a lack of participation or engagement on our end. The real issues were poor organization, lack of communication, delayed clinical placement, and inadequate preparation for the certification exam. Those are the reasons for my review. Attempting to discredit my feedback because it happened two years ago does not change what happened. My review is based on my firsthand experience as a paying student, and I stand by every statement made. read more

He enabled this schooling to become not just a launch pad for our new careers, but also a worthwhile experience that we'll surely look back to in the future. We'll never forget the love the staff (family!) put into their work, the energy and commitment to their field, and how we as the students learned to imbibe these attitudes, as well as knowledge. Thank you for this wonderful learning experience! I'm now in the process of being hired by one of the top dialysis centers in the US (also worldwide). And, I owe this to DES! read more

Our instructor Michael was really thorough and easy to understand with his lectures. Passed my CHT exam the first time I took it. Using the guidelines we got through out our classes really made the exam easy to understand. We also got experience with the machine which makes us more advance before you work at a facility like fresenius or davita. The school will also help you apply for jobs, work on your resume, and everything you need a guidance for. They really helped me alot and they are the reason why I'm working at a facility right now which I love. read more

I can't thank Dialysis Education Services enough. This school helped boost my confidence and experience in the medical field as an aspiring nursing student. Mr. Michael is a great instructor with years of experience. He is straight to the point and really gives you real life scenarios you would deal with in the field. Ms. Sharon is also one of thee sweetest, most helpful, and understanding staff here. She is always willing to help and answer any of your concerns. They were both very helpful my whole experience from enrollment, to lecture/skills lab and taking my state exam and always made sure we were on track. They genuinely care for and support their students even after completing the program. DES gives you all the tools to be successful in the dialysis field. They make sure you know your stuff and even follow up with you after to make sure you successfully landed a job in dialysis which I really appreciated. I would also like to add that my cohort and I started very early into the pandemic during the stay home mandate but Mr. Michael made sure that it would not disrupt our lessons and made sure we were on track and still get the same education we would in person class on our zoom meetings. He really showed his students he wanted us to be successful and for that I am very thankful. This review is being made for my boyfriend who attended school here. We found this school online and chose it because it was decently priced and they worked/communicated well with us about the program/what to expect/the cost/payment plans/etc. My bf, Jacob, has been out of school for a while now, so going back to school was definitely a big transition for him. He wasn't sure what he wanted to do, but since i worked in the medical field already, i suggested for him to try dialysis tech out, it would be a good step/great exposure into the medical field, that wouldn't take long for him to finish as well. Michael his instructor has made the entire journey for him smooth. He was very helpful and well informative on all the material he was teaching. I've over heard a couple of his lecture via zoom, and you can tell that Michael is passionate about what he does and loves to share it with his class. Jacob enjoyed school so much, despite being very nervous to start again. It was a great learning environment and he's met a bunch of supportive people here & classmates as well. Michael has went above and beyond for Jacob and i appreciate it so much. From his lectures, to getting him a job to work at while awaiting for him to get his first dialysis tech job. Jacob is currently working at a covid-19 testing site, courtesy to Michael for getting him the job, while he's still completing his clinical hours and to top it off, it would look great on his resume for his future jobs. I would say that Michael and staff has been with Jacob all the way through his journey into his new career and i'm so glad that we were able to find this school. Not only did Jacob walk away knowledgeable with his specialty, he's also walking out confident on what he's doing. I'm so proud of everything he was able to accomplish while attending here, and i would definitely recommend this school to my family and friends. read more

First of all, I'd like to thank the owner there at the "Dialysis Education Services", Michael Morales because he helped me prepare for my CHT. Even if I was not a real student, he helped me pass my CHT. Unlike the teachers I've had in the past, Michael gave me his time and patience to be successful in passing my CHT exam. I wish I would have attended his school rather than wasting my time and money at the National Polytechnic College. Before going to the school "Dialysis Education Services", (for review) I went to a school called the "National Polytechnic College". In my experience, this school I used to go to was not beneficial towards my time and my studies. During class, I had a total of three teachers and one dialysis machine that wasn't even working properly. All of the teachers there all taught different things at once, it was inauspicious. I couldn't understand what they were trying to teach me and it was an unfavorable experience. If I were you, I wouldn't even attempt going into the national polytechnic college in Commerce CA, I'd rather go to the "Dialysis Education Services" school because it was straightforward and improved and strengthened my knowledge. read more
