As someone who generally doesn't wear very much makeup, I expressed that I wanted to still look like "myself" on my wedding day. After seeing countless photos from other artists who all seem to be putting the same makeup on each bride, I was a little nervous going into our trial. She captured my vision so beautifully, highlighting my features in a way that allowed me to still feel like me (but the best version!!). She was thoughtful and communicative throughout, and asked for feedback on the end result of the trial for any adjustments prior to the actual wedding. One of my favorite things about the trial was that she took photos to capture exactly what she had done the first time around. This meant that on the day of, she was ready to rock and roll with exactly what we wanted. It sounds like a small detail but ladies I cannot tell you how many other thoughts are going through your mind on THE DAY, so it was amazing to be able to show up and let her do her thing, knowing it would turn out exactly as planned. My bridal party was also SO impressed by her, and I got several compliments and "where did you find her, she's amazing" texts on the days following the event. A couple of the girls asked her for a bit more glam than I did, and she worked her magic flawlessly for their visions as well. Trust me when I say I think she can do literally anything. Do yourself a favor, work with her and see for yourself!

If you have a big bridal party or a family that was hard to corral (like mine was haha,) Michelle has done SO many weddings that she was able to keep everyone on track in a kind but firm manner. When I arrived, Riri was working with another client and sent me to have my hair done by someone else. Unfortunately, I ended up paying a pretty high price, and my hair looked NOTHING like the inspiration photo I showed. When I reached out to Riri afterward to explain my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, she told me that I shouldn't have allowed another hairstylist to do my hair and that I should have waited for her. This was extremely confusing, especially since I was sent to the other stylist by her. Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional and disorganized. In my opinion, the salon is also extremely overhyped. The pricing seems inconsistent, with different people being charged different amounts, and I personally don't feel the service was worth what I paid.
