She contacted the manager through intercom and he told her where she would find the order. The cashier found it and proceeded to charge me for the order. I explained that I had already paid for it and pulled up the receipt on my phone. She still wanted to charge me and called the manager up front. The manager was not a pleasant person, in fact he was nasty and extremely rude. He gave me quite a hard time before he finally let me leave without paying for the order a SECOND time. I went up and down isles looking for the cart as I figured someone may have taken it by mistake. I finally asked to have the officer go with me to Pharmacy and see if I could at least get the item I paid for replaced. They said I needed a receipt and would not go with me. I went to the Pharmacy and the woman had put the receipt in the bag that was taken. The officer went to the store manager, who is worthless and came back and said that I was out of luck as technically the item was still somewhere in the store, but they didn't know where. SO, I was out of luck at that point!!!!!!!!
