I recall the experience being very pleasant and easy peasy. I should have left a review then! Sorry I did not. Alas... many years later I made the dumb mistake of leaving a 6' ladder against the garage door side rail. Stupid. Never imagined I would forget it was there and close the door on it. Yep. I did. Jumped the whole door up off the rails. Ugh. Well this was almost dark and I was in a panic. No way I wanted to leave the door open all night full of tools and equipment!!! Looked on that door and there was that old school little sticker showing me who was here last!!! I figured it was worth a shot to call and try! Happily they were still in business and the fella could come out right away and fix it and I could sleep with a closed garage door and peace of mind. Actually remembered Mike as soon as he came and was pleased to recall it def was a good previous experience. As well, this one was A+ too. He fixed it fast and efficient and was on his way. Me, still kicking myself in the butt for such a a dumb mishap. There was a fee of course for late night emergency service. I found that to be very fair considering he was probably pulled away from his dinner at a moments notice. Thanks Mike. Your personal touch and concern to your business dealings are noted. Very happy customer. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Service man came out to service my garage door that wouldn't open. Without even looking at it, he…read moreimmediately called the home warranty company and said the motor is seized and got a total amount of what I would have to pay to fix the issue due to it being an old unit and the cost of repair wouldn't be totally covered. I asked him how does he know the motor is seized without even looking at it. I was with him the entire time. He said he just said that to try and get me a new unit. He knew, however, that due to the age I would have to pay more out of pocket, which I believe was his entire motive for lying and saying the motor is seized and that the whole unit needs to be replaced. I told him I only want the broken piece fix, which he admitted was just the trolley catch that locks onto to run the door in automatic mode. He said that would cost $75 in addition to the $75 service fee and then said, "if it can even be fixed" At this point due to his intentional lying I couldn't trust his diagnosis and told him to leave. I also refused to pay him his service call fee. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
