They screen my call, my husbands calls, and even the guys they sent to "fix" the problem. It's a mess, unprofessional, and costing us thousands of dollars to fix.

Turns out, the warranty was NOT in effect because... refer back to my first paragraph. Now we had a problem to fix. Spoke to the buyers' agent and turns out, MBR was her trusted company too! Will came out was able to offer a warranty on the previous work. Having someone we BOTH trusted was absolutely essential to keeping this deal together. This company and our experience is the exception and not the rule. Keep in mind, there is a great deal that goes into installing a floor. It encompasses many steps to do it correctly and it is a trade that requires precision. When we purchased our house in 2016 it had been a remodel with one of the rooms having hardwood floors that were not sealed and secured properly. Consequently, there were issues with moisture that exacerbated the original installation. Something a buyer could not detect initially. Then, they tell me there is a problem with our plumbing, (i don't think this was true, but I trusted them so I agreed to the extra $10,000.00, to "fix" it). They dug up a trench across my entire back yard. They should have put the orange fencing around it but didn't. After our blind dog fell in the trench, we went and bought the fencing and had them put it up. Well, the job took 2 months to complete. Now, I've got bugs coming out of the drains. Mosquitoes, gnats, flies. They dive bomb me while I'm on the toilet. The best part, I was taking a shower, I look down and there's a big black flat headed worm in the shower with me!! Called a plumber and they tell me the toilet drain is not working, and sewage is bubbling up from the pipe. It's going to cost $6,000.00, to fix. I called eco star and they said it's out of warranty so I'm on my own. I'm 66 years old old. My husband and I are on social security. We now have to take out a loan to pay for repairs. We had another floor company that bailed on our flooring…read moreinstall at the last minute, so we walked in to Awesome Floors to see if they could start the next day. Amazingly they could! Max came out that same day, measured and quoted us for the floors. They were able to get a rush on the wood flooring and were ready to go the next day. I was super impressed with their service, responsiveness and follow through. We had tile removed in the main walkways and kitchen and carpet installed in other areas. Their team kept the mess to a minimum (and you know tile removal is a dust nightmare!) and they were tidy and respectful of our property. If they messed up on something, they fixed it. Without a doubt, I would recommend them if you are looking for a fair price and great floor experience! Their team works hard and Max delivers on what he says. My only negative is that the financing they offer right now is not competitive with what other flooring companies offer, so I would be recommend having an alternative payment option. Other than that...five stars from us!!
