I have waited at least a week before I received my first check before posting this, I just wanted to calm down and be fair on my review. First of all, I was dealing with this by myself so I was happy to hear that they would come pick the items up as opposed to me bringing them in. It was explained to me, by doing that, they would take 40%. I was fine with that. I was not fine when it was a husband and wife team that showed up with no other help. I helped them carry everything to the truck. If you're going to take 40%, I don't really feel I should have done that, but fine. When I initially spoke with the owner, I specifically asked ( given this was my first time to have to deal with anything like this) "You guys don't start the bidding at $1 or something like that do you?" He told me not to worry, I believe that he used the analogy of, " Bidding is like drinking, when people have one they just want to keep going." I told them the value of several things that I was giving them and that if they had any questions to call me. It was a month before I picked up my first check. I had called a couple times and either my call was not returned or it seemed that I was bothering them. They were definitely not as friendly as they were when they came to the house. When I actually showed up to the business to pick up my check, the woman that I spent 3 hours giving my parent's estate to and chatting with acted like she didn't know me and I was completely interrupting her day. I will put it this way, the check I received was not even the value of one of the clocks they took. I consigned so many items that we filled the truck the first night and they had to come back the next day. I was also initially told by the owner that I had the option of donating the remainder of items that did not sell. I was fine with that, seemed like a stellar cause. However, once we loaded the truck up and the paperwork was signed, I was told that I did not have that option because if they pick it up it's theirs regardless. TO BE FAIR AND HONEST, I was never promised anything. I was under the assumption that these were professionals and knew their trade. Turns out, I made a poor choice in the business I chose to handle my parent's estate. That is why I'm leaving this review. For anyone that is considering this establishment, do your research. I'm simply saying, if I had it to do over again, ( which I don't because I gave it all to them), I would definitely not choose this company. Harsh lesson learned. Find a company with more reviews, including stated reviews without the last name of the owners. I will continue to share this on social media sites. Not because I want to hurt or damage this business, but because I feel it's important that if there is anyone out there that is doing this alone and for the first time...be educated and make the right choice. My opportunity to learn and do it differently the next time ended with this company.

I contacted them to make them aware of it -- I never even asked for a refund. Instead, Elizabeth was incredibly rude and condescending, telling me this was a "hard lesson for you to learn" and that I needed to "take ownership." She ultimately admitted she hadn't thoroughly inspected one item and that "it could have been broken." Undisclosed damage is disappointing. They have twice sold fake Rolex watches for over $1000 as "unknown authenticity" even after I told them that I collect watches and the ones they had for sale were fake. They also sell other known reproduction Rolex watches which is illegal. The Rolex is just an example of other less than ideal selling approaches. And when they say as-is, assume what you are buying is junk! I bought 6 Beyond Bright garage lights As-Is and not a single one worked. That's $80 down the drain. Not illegal, but incredibly unprofessional. I also tried selling with them once, and the pictures were terrible and several of the descriptions I asked them to use were not used and ones they wrote were not right and misspelled.

She told me she could not sell the product, because the tags are wrong on them. She also told me that people are changing tags. I told her I don't have anything too do with other customers. She told me they keep an eye on they one that keep doing it. I would have to come back next week ,to buy them because they must fix the tags. She acked like I changed the tags. I kidly explain to her I have not changed any tags. She told me I never said u did. I told her nicely I wanted to make sure that she knew that. Please understand that the Spanish customers can go changed tags on Goodwill products and mangers never say anying to them. They can ask the manager can u lower the price. The manger of thier color will .I am not the only costumer that have seen this. Other race can ask the Spanish mangers at this store can, they lower the price on a product that is broken or damaged. I would give my last breath for them. What I don't understand is why can the manager see thier on race take of price tags off Goodwill products ,and it has not been taken to the cashier to be paid for. The Spanish customers are walking around with the price tag that should be on product .So other customers can not pick it up and buy it. The Spanish customers taking the tags up and pay for it later .Let any other race do that and they will be kicked out the store or the Police Department will be called on them.Some of the employees at this location told me this year in 2026 that mangers forc them to have thier friends and family members to write good reviews on this store. If the employees don't do it thier work ours will be cut low.One of the female employees that work here at this location told some of the customer, that mangers only care about thier yearly work bonus and not theWhitePEOPLE ,or Black People. As well they are made to work off the clock sometimes and they don't always get thier lunch breaks the employee told us. Some of us that are customers was told by an employee at this store, if they didn't show afavors for Spanish people and thier manager family they could lose thier job or work ours cut low.Prices are being made cheaper for a lot of the Spanish customers. I do know that mangers thier are big bully to other race. If u call the corporate office they will always take up for thier store mangers. When customers speak out on mangers at this location the mangers will tell u don't come back to the store location or they will call the police on u. One of the mangers here told me stupid White people and Black people should get out of the USA and she hate ICE!!!!She told me the Spanish People are going to work with the Muslim people and take American back.The Spanish will take the USA from the Muslim People in the long run.She told me Trump should be shipped with all the White People and Black people. Because they have destroyed the Spanish people country and land.This is was thier land befor the White PEOPLE took it from the Spanish race.
