My advice to you, shop anywhere else than this DFS store and if you like the look of the Layla model don't buy it! Had problems first few days with creases, cushions moving so it looks uneven and underfilling and it's only got worse every day since as I'm having to constantly throughout the day mess about with it and plump up the backs even though it states on their website and you get told instore they're foam filled so you'll never need to do this as it will always return to its original position on its own, what a load of bull! Only had the sofa two months and anyone would think I've had it 20 years by the look of it. Must've had to make dozens of phone calls to try and get this sorted and I'm still nowhere forward. Service manager came out when I was actually told it would be the store manager and agreed with me that there were problems but then reported back to the store that everything was okay. I'm now waiting for the actual store manager to come out and have a look but I'm guessing I won't get no help out of them either so I've said if that's the case you better put me onto head office as I'm not letting this slide! read more
