They have been working for 3 days now and seem to be replacing probably ¼ of my roof. We'll see how it goes, but so far I'm happy with the way things are going. Adjusting my rating. NOT happy so far. We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest bid, but we went with them because we thought they would do a good job (from past experience).

They did a quality job that when done it looked great! I also asked them to quote building a new shed over our pool pump area. They came back with a quote that was twice what others quoted. They did a great job on our roof, they didn't build our shed.

We had our roof installed by Bradford Xteriors in 2014, and unfortunately, it has not held up as…read moreexpected. After about 12 years, the roof is already in poor condition and needs significant attention far sooner than what most homeowners would reasonably expect from a full roof replacement. When I contacted the company, I was told their workmanship warranty only covers 5 years, and they would not offer any assistance with the current issues under the warranty. While that may be within the terms of their contract, it's disappointing given the extent of the problems and the relatively short lifespan of the roof. In hindsight, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company do not use them. Even if the price is a little higher than Bradford because now I am spending more to fix my roof. Please take the time to carefully review the warranty details with any company you choose, especially what is (and isn't) covered and for how long. Also, consider having the roof independently inspected soon after installation to catch any potential issues early. Based on my experience, I would advise others to thoroughly compare warranties and workmanship guarantees before choosing a contractor, as it could make a significant difference down the road.
