I was here earlier for a 90-Minute facial. The person who did my facial was Dez the owner. She was so sweet and professional, whenever she did something she would let me know. when I asked a question or voiced my facial concerns she was very knowledgeable. The establishment was clean and inviting. There was parking in the front and on the other side of the street. I will definitely come back again for my facial needs! This establishment has a lot of different service's that I will check out as well. I also would like to add that this establishment is very affordable, and to me that plus great customer service is a win. Thank again Dez you're the bomb! read more

I can't say enough how much I love Dez! She had great attention to the tiniest detail and I always leave her spa feeling beautiful and relaxed. Dez Day Spa - Brows and lashes are on fleeck! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Found this diamond in the rough originally through Groupon. I moved down from Northgate down to Seatac area so I had to find a new place for almost everything (such a pain!). I'm soo happy I found Dez! No lie, I was a little sketched out first because it's off Military Road and it looks like just another house off the street but with an open sign. There's parking in front and also across the street. When you walk into the place, you can tell someone put a lot of heart and soul into making it look nice. My first appt with Dez was for a massage and microderm. She was super nice and knew her stuff. As we were chatting and I told her what my skin goals were, she was very patient and explained her thought process without sounding salesman-y or fake. I've been back twice now, once for chemical peel and another microderm treatment. It's so awesome seeing a female professional own her own business and have such a great attitude. I definitely will be going back to get different services from her! read more

I have been getting eyelash extensions for 6+ years. After my first fill here, my lashes look fuller than they ever have. I thought that my lashes looked great before, but now I can see that they didn't. I also had a brow wax done, and the attention to detail is spectacular. My brows were even trimmed to keep them nice and neat. I requested an appointment by text and was scheduled for the next day within 5 minutes. I am prebooked for my next appointment, and I can't wait! I will be looking at the other services offered to add on. :-) read more

I stopped by and had Dez chop off 10+ inches of hair. It looks great and was a very fun and relaxing experience. Of course I'd recommend Dez to friends! read more

I have been seeing Dez for a Brazilian wax for almost a year now and can't rave enough about how amazing she is at what she does! I always went from place to place before so I can say without a doubt- no one will make you feel more comfortable during the painful waxing process than Dez! read more

Dez's 90min facial + massage was heaven, she gave the best neck/hands/feet massage I almost fell asleep. She trains the other gals in the practice so everyone has the same technique :) I love that we didn't chat during the 90 min, so I was really able to relax, she even used some essential oils and a deep breathing exercise with me in the beginning when I mentioned I have trouble letting go and relaxing. Wish I knew about this place sooner. I even scheduled an eyelash perm appt next week. read more

I am so glad I found this quaint, lovely spa! Dez, the owner is excellent at what she does. I felt truly pampered during a pretty stressful time and I'm glad I took a time out for some self care. Her prices are fair and she is generous and experienced with her treatments. I highly recommend. Check her website for her menu of services and special offers. Came here to get some me time before the hectic holiday time with family and friends. When you step in the place is very calming and peaceful. I was greeted by Dez with a big smile. Had a great facial with Dez. She has such nice smoothing hands. Really pampered myself. Got the facial, neck, hands and legs massage. She 1st soaked my feet with a massaging foot massage machine. She placed a neck warmer on my neck and just gave me time to relax and unwind. Then hopped on the heated massage chair and I loooooved her facial massage. I tried really hard not to fall asleep because I know I'll snore!! Lol. Her movements were upward and felt like I was getting a mini face lift. Im not from around here, just visiting some family but if I do come back, I'll definitely stop by again and try the whole body massage next time! Thanks Dez for the best part of my day! read more

Dazema took such amazing care of me! I loved the location itself and wanted to stay all day! Just had my first experience here and I'm in love!!!! The place is beautiful and clean & Dez is incredibly nice and professional. My friend and I tried this place out on a whim this weekend for the spa package of a massage and facial and it was wonderful! It's definitely a hidden gem and so worth it. The massage and facial were both great and it was especially nice that they take the time to give you advice about products and skincare without trying to sell you things. They really care about the customers here, and it shows! read more

Lovely little hideaway! Looks like a normal house outside but is an adorable spa on the inside. My lashes have lasted much longer than I would have expected! I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town. Thank you so much for taking other peoples lash work for this traveler and not charging extra! read more

Dez Day Spa - Lash extensions before and after - Eyelash Service Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Just got home after a relaxing facial with Dez. I booked her current special, which is a 90 Minute Promo facial for $79 (which is normally $149, I believe). Worth. Every. Penny. Even at the full price. You get a relaxing facial and then massage on your hands & arms, your calves & feet (she gave me warm foot booties at the beginning of my service because my feet were cold!), and then your neck & scalp. My skin looks & feels great, and I'm beyond relaxed. She also lets you know at the beginning of your facial that she encourages questions if you have any, otherwise she'll just let you relax. That eliminates to fear of uncomfortable silence and let's you just enjoy your pampering. Ok, enough thinking. Off to nap :) read more

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Dez is literally the sweetest person. She makes me feel so good and welcome. I am not the beat when it comes to the pain with waxing and she makes my experience 10x better. Love her!!! So great! read more

I have seen a couple of estheticians for lash extensions and none compare to Dez!! She is the absolute sweetest and really takes pride in her work (as she should). I have seen her a few times now, and will never go anywhere else!! My lashes always look full and last a lot longer than anywhere else I have had them done. Seriously - no sweeter person and no better esthetician. read more

I got a Groupon from my husband for a facial and massage. The lady did an amazing job! Very friendly accommodating. She made the entire experience very relaxing and enjoyable. The facial left my skin looking bright and fantastic. I would highly recommend this place and will be coming again. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dez! She is super pleasant and sweet. Her work is top notch--she will spend the extra few minutes to make sure you walk out looking amazing. She has done my lashes and my Brazilians. Now usually I always feel a little awkward making small, idle chit chat with someone who is working down there. But Dez seriously makes me feel super comfortable. She is just really genuine and cheerful and her work cannot be topped. Her prices are fantastic--honestly, she is so good at her craft that she could charge the moon and stars and still have tons of business. LOVE HER! read more

I just went last night for my second facial, Dez is simply amazing. I leave feeling totally relaxed my skin looks great and I can't recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a facial here. I found her on Groupon, I'll be back here every month! read more

I initally checked this place out only because of a Groupon I wanted to purchase but I am so glad that I chose Dez. She was friendly from the get go and I could immediately tell that she was knowledgeable and passionate about her practice. I brought my mom here as a birthday surprise and she generally is hard to impress or is always underwhelmed by these types of things but after her ultimate spa package, she couldn't stop telling me how good she felt and that she was so relaxed she didn't even notice that she had fallen asleep at some point. Dez also used some high quality products that my mom fell in love with during her service and Dez patiently explained to us what each product does and the benefits of using them so we were happy she had some in stock for us to purchase and take home. Overall, I was surprised at how much my mom enjoyed her experience here but I am happy to have discovered Dez. I will definitely be returning and referring more people to come see her! 10/10 would do it again! read more

Dez is amazing!! I came in for a full set, the price was great and when I sat down she asked me my preference of lashes, I liked them curled and really dramatic and glam and she did just that. She made me feel really comfortable and the environment is great. I found my new lash gal I'll be sticking with read more

Dez is amazing!!!! Her place is so relaxing and comfy. She is my go to person for lashes and I always recommend her. This last time she micro-bladed my eyebrows and everyone including me loved the results! I love her work!!!!! read more

Do not go here. I've gone twice - had one good experience (hence the one star) and one AWFUL experience. I got a Groupon for a microdermabrasion and liked the results. At my appointment, Dez suggested I get a chemical peel and said it would give me better results than the Microderm, so I was all for it, but she did not go over the rest, or after care of it at all and I had no idea that it was going to be so bad. On to the day of my first chemical peel appointment and eyelash extension appointment...I thought the chemical peel was going to be similar to the microdermabrasion or another facial. I should have done more research on my part but I also believe it is an aesthetician job to inform the client of any aftercare there is that it might entail, or risk. I didn't even see my face after both services. My eyelash extensions were terrible, the worst set I've ever gotten and I've gotten eyelash extensions for several years. The chemical peel made my face so much worse, and I had pretty good skin before it...it made me scar badly for a scar I have still to this day...5 months later!!! I was going to a wedding that weekend and my face was terrible. I asked Dez about what to do, I barely got any responses and was able to get a very small refund for nothing and she didn't even reply to my texts or emails after I asked nicely about what I can do to fix it. I do not recommend. read more

Really amazing experience. I came in for a Brazilian wax this weekend. For the past few years I've gone to Wax On spa for this service, but because I recently moved to the south end, I wanted something closer to home. First, booking the appointment online was easy! (This is not the case at Wax On). Secondly, Dez is experienced. She told me she'd been waxing for many years, and wasn't defensive at all when I asked. This means something to me because there is such high turnover at Wax On that I have often had very newly trained estheticians there. I have very sensitive skin, and when an esthetician doesn't know what they're doing and misses spots and need to go over it again, my skin can't tolerate it. Her skill showed, too, when she used hard wax (not what they use at Wax On) and explained to me the difference (that it hurts less, that she can go over it more than once without damage to the skin etc). She was efficient, did large areas of skin and got all the hair in one rip, not needing to go over any areas more than once. I loved the way that she explained every step to me, her products, her technique etc. Plus she gave me 20% off because I was a new customer, and her cell number in case I wanted to try to reach her ever for a last minute appointment need. I love supporting local female owned business and I'm so glad I found her. Reasonable prices, easy to work with to schedule, super experienced and adorable shop. I'm heading back this weekend for lash tinting and brows. read more
