I only saw more mature yt women getting facials. Not saying they discriminate but just a heads up that this is their clientele because when I purchased the $200 facial certificate thing on Yelp it was to redeem for any facial so I decided to get the glass skin facial. I wish I remembered the lady who did my facial but it didn't really seem like she had the proper training. I believe her name was Diana. She did the rest of the treatment cool but when it came to extractions she used her bare hands and napkins.. and that's when it was a huge no for me. The results afterwards were ok. My face was stinging which I expected but.. it hurt my face was tender. Could be better for the price. The owner saw me and helped her redeem my Yelp coupon but didn't even say, "hey thanks for stopping by" she just punched her code in or whatever and moved on to her next customer. Saying "I've been waiting so long for you to come back" If you have no place else to go and are in dire need of a facial then come here. If not save your coin sis and go to a med spa place where you will be guaranteed proper equipment.

I sat in his chair and he asked what I wanted - I showed him a photo of me with the cut I wanted and he responded with "perfect. That's all I need" Well, he started cutting away and throughout the cut it seemed like he had envisioned something else. He said "if we cut like this, it'll be better" and I hesitated on every suggestion but I said "as long as it'll give me the look like the photo I showed you". He told me no worries and to essentially trust the process. Well. Towards the end of the cut, I wasn't seeing the vision and he kept apologizing and saying things like "well I already cut over here. Can't fix it" and kept saying "ya sorry, your hair is hard to cut". He suggested "you just have to grow your hair back out" - like, come on, he was cutting 5-6inches of hair down to the skin. It'll take me months to get my hair back. At the end he said "next time bring more pictures" - I told him I had more and that he claimed that was perfect and that was all he needed. He blamed me. He still charged me full price. Seriously?? I paid anyway because I didn't want the trouble but I felt wronged here.

I've been going to a SALON and seeing the same stylist for years but she was on a vacation and I needed a haircut. It's only by luck I stumbled upon this place and oh I'm sooo happy I did! The first place I went had an hour wait and the second one had a teenager working that looked 16. Right away I was greeted with kindness and respect by the male owner (I believe his wife also owns it), told him my situation, what I wanted and he certainly delivered! Like he mentioned, a barber shop is completely different from a salon, especially when it comes to men's haircuts, and I wish I understood that years ago. I'm used to a 10-15min haircut, his was easily double that, extremely detailed and meticulous! I also decided to do a fade for the first time ever, and again, I am so mad I haven't been doing it for years, completely changes the dynamic of the haircut and makes you look way younger. I saw all the reviews for Bebe (again I assume his wife), but not enough reviews for him that are very much deserved. There is no doubt that he is my new permanent barber, I will be returning every few weeks, and I will probably never go back to the salon I've been going to for 8+ years.

All that you want in a wax: not lava hot temperatured wax, quick, and an EXQUISITE shape. She instinctively knows how to bring out the best shape for your eyebrow, and she's literally done is 4 strokes or less. The quickest hands in the West!

This was my first time going here for lashes and I was not impressed. Immediately afterward, they looked great. But about an hour later I was finding them on my lap after falling out. I've had lashes for years and have never had a problem with them falling off so quickly. I'm posting photos of immediately after and now three days later, half of them are gone. I took care of them the way I always have- no water, I don't wash them directly, no sweating, no makeup. For $200, definitely not worth it. Won't be going back.
