The staff is really attentive - they noticed me covering my eyes due to the light glare, and brought out a sheet to cover my eyes with! 4. Facility was on time, efficient, and helped me get in and out ahead of schedule. 5. Fast wifi in the waiting room. All in all, a great experience and a notch above other places I've visited.

Longwood MRI is an incredible experience (note, if the words incredible and MRI are in the same sentence... you're on the right track). I have gotten one other MRI before so I had negative expectations about the experience. Longwood MRI was affordable, efficient, and most importantly they cared about the care I received. The staff are kind and helpful - the doctor who reads the scan is available if you have any questions about your scan after you get it done. I wasn't surprised to learn that Longwood MRI is a family business. The way they treat their patients is unlike most medical facilities around today: they still do it family-style, with only one center run by a husband and wife. Actually managed to pay 1/10 of the price I would have paid anywhere else without compromising quality.

Both were super welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. Daniel really took the time to walk me through the different packages and choose an option that made our experience 10 times better than we anticipated. She even up sold me, which I don't mind when I feel like it's worth it. During our session, Shelby was so nice, walking us through the process, talking to the baby and really made us feel special, and that's important knowing she does this everyday. She was also very informative of the additional perks that we could participate in as part of our visit, and made sure to share brochures and detailed information. We had some trouble getting the baby to stay in a position to get the best image so unfortunately/ fortunately we have to do a follow up session, but we are looking forward to it.

Mammographer was really friendly and did everything so calmly so I wasn't feeling nervous. They has the cutting edge technology with most innovative systems for early detection. I met Dr. Phillips. She was an amazing doctor. She was extremely knowledgeable, has exceptional bedside manners and super friendly. She explained everything in great detail, made suggestions for future mammograms and adviced me the importance of annual CEM. I am 100% satisfied and happy that I picked Boston breast diagnostic center for my health care needs. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs for breast diagnostic screening.

Don't waste your time or money here…read more It doesn't matter what time your appointment is, they regularly run 45-60 minutes behind schedule. They don't link to your app or send appointment reminders. They will schedule you for a 1 hour appointment but according to them, that starts "in the waiting room". So your actual appointment, with a doctor or tech, will be less than 30 minutes. Complete waste of time and money.

THE BEST WITHOUT A DOUBT…read more I've been to numerous ultrasound visits, and they're hands down the best in town. Their ultrasound techs are incredibly experienced and thorough. They actually review your medical history and ask plenty of follow-up questions to better understand your condition--so they know exactly where to scan, what to focus on, and how to interpret the images as the scan progresses. My last visit with them lasted an hour--that's how much effort they put into understanding my complex medical history and conditions. If the ultrasound techs find anything concerning, they'll notify the doctor, who will come in and examine the scan with you on the spot. You'll receive your report right then and there, and it's always very accurate. I wouldn't go anywhere else for an ultrasound.

Previously recommended by my doctor, after refusing mammograms for 10 years, due to being left hanging for weeks on stressful "We found something we want a closer look at." The long drive, standing at check-in, "And they'll complete it all today?", ... "No, you'll need another appointment if they want a closer look at anything." It's a good thing I verified "all in one day", else ... oh wait, never mind. Never again.

I went because it is located very close to my house, but that convenience was not worth it. They always made me wait a long time - even when I had appointments on days that should have been light, such as New Year's Eve. It's better to travel further for a place that is more efficiently run and keeps the appointment times that they give you. My negative experiences include: 1. A rude tone on the phone. Nobody enjoys this process and the people who answer the phone could at least take a professional tone if being nice is too much to ask. 2. Scheduling problems - I canceled an appointment when I transferred my care to another facility. The person who said she would take care of the cancelation never entered it in the system. I got automated reminder calls and a missed appointment message. The administration of this place is rock bottom and they will turn around and blame you for their incompetence with a "Did not keep appointment" mark against you. 3. I also had a less than ideal false positive experience here. I didn't get the sense that there was any incompetence on the part of the technicians or doctors but the interactions were impersonal and the explanations were not very thorough or satisfying. 4. The long wait times in a depressing environment. It does have a shabby feel and I waited forever with no updates. I politely checked that there wasn't an oversight and they hadn't forgotten about me. They didn't like that and there weren't any apologies for the wait - I think this is just how they normally run the place.
