This is a beautifully maintained historic mixed-use commercial building with shops and restaurants on the lower floors and office space above. I don't work here, so I can only speak to the public lower floors.
I swung by for lunch at Northern Waters Smokehaus. There's an outdoor seating area, and the indoor seating is in a half-basement area which still lets in a decent amount of light. It's cooler inside on account of it being partially subterranean. The washrooms are on the first floor, although they are on the smaller side. After lunch, Hepzibah's Sweet Shoppe was calling me, and the other shops also tempted me to buy souvenirs.
There's a good mix of restaurants and shops in this gorgeous building, with other cool businesses just steps away in the adjacent area.
