I will second the review from Liz H.!!!! RUN, do not walk away from this provider! This is a…read morefact... The office staff is NOT checking or reviewing your benefits. IF you are told that a service is NOT covered and they give you an amount that is due up front, request the CPT code and call your insurance 1st, this goes for ANY provider! In our case, I am a Certified Professional Coder with 25+ years of experience. My husband paid upfront for the services and when we received our explanation of benefits, the Decompression services he received were NEVER billed, so I called our insurance company who stated yes in fact that S9090 is a covered service under our benefits. We arranged a meeting with the office, and requested they bill a corrected claim. 1st response was I don't know how to do that, and the insurance company usually responds better to the patient submitting the claim. Knowing better, I agreed. It took 2 weeks to get from them what they call a "Super Bill" that contains the diagnosis codes, place of service and the Tax ID I needed in order to submit the claim. The claim denied as I knew it would stating please have the provider bill a corrected claim. We called as relayed the message and they said they would let us know. 2 weeks later, we call to follow up and they state they will NOT bill a corrected claim because they will be charged by their billing company. I advised that I will be reporting to CMS and all of my other insurance contacts because this IS CONSIDERED fraudulent billing. The lady got extemely defensive and started arguing and I decided to hang up and just start the greivance process in which I have done with our insurance as well as CMS. I will be submitting my complaints to the rest the insurance companies' provider service reps once I am done posting here, lucky for us, I know them ALL because I was the Contract Variance Coordinator for Memorial Hospital not too long ago. This is extremely poor customer service, and God only know how many people they are screwing over!

Beware of this business! I usually don't write these but after my experience with this…read more'chiropractor' I knew I had to warn future customers. I went to 2 adjustment sessions. In the first session I was charged for a set of xrays. When reviewing my x-rays, the chiropractor told me I had degenerative joint disease, osteoporosis & scoliosis. After leaving his office, I had a x-rays done with an orthopedic doctor who said my spine & joints were in perfect health. He straight up lied in order to get me to pay for more adjustments which seems highly unethical. The chiropractor himself was heavily trying to scam me. He was so focused on his sales with every session we had. After my second session, he was trying to pressure me into committing to a financially binding contract of $5,000 in order to 'fix' the spinal disorders that I do not have. Something felt really off that he kept pressing that I needed to spend such a large amount so suddenly. I was hesitant & did not agree to the contract. I am a college aged girl who does not have $5000 to throw away. He then tried to guilt me into the $5,000 by telling me that I must not care about my health at all if I was not willing to sign the contract. He then sent in his front desk workers and other staff to try to talk me into the contract and negotiate payments with me. The entire situation was extremely uncomfortable & felt like coercion. Another thing of note; his chiropractic certification behind his desk is from 'the school of life'. This man is a quack. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR SPINAL HEALTH OR YOUR MONEY.
