I asked that, he send a summary of my visit, to two of my doctors, he then dictated a summary of my visit and had the office give me two written copies of my visit summary, which i will deliver to my doctors on Monday(today is Friday). Over the last year or so I've noticed office staff changes. The former people were happy, these are not. Now the physical therapy department has all new therapy employees and the office staff and patients (me) were not informed. They showed up for work and there's all new people there. I drove quite a distance to see a specific therapist and when I get there I'm told he's no longer there. I get more respect from my hair salon. I am now looking for new orthopedic specialists and will be doing my homework. Did I mention that I've been a client of this practice for about 30 years. I'm done!
