We hired them to do a bunch of work on our house. The FIRST AND MAIN thing we hired them to do was work on our front porch stairs. This is the first thing we showed the person who wrote up the quote (by the way, you will never see this guy again) and we told him it was why we called him. This work was not included in the estimate but instead something else about the front porch was listed (we had assumed it meant the stairs because they purposely worded it in a deceitful way). So, AFTER they did the work, they told us it wasn't in the estimate. The main reason we called them wasn't included in the estimate??!!! They also built new stairs from scratch on the side of the house - they didn't include the cost of the materials in the estimate!!!! There was very small reference to not including it and then in BIG RED LETTERS they say all materials are included in the estimate which ended up costing us another $1,500. Deceitful. But they also just built stairs to whatever size they wanted - they're huge and take up half our porch. We called and explained that we showed them the exact size we wanted from another quote we had received. He claimed not to have seen it and was building to code. But smaller stairs would still be to code. And if he really believes we didn't show him the size we wanted, how do you just build stairs for someone without asking what they want??? Another issue is that these guys just show up at random times and random days with no advance notice. Luckily we were working from home due to COVID to be there, but each time, the guys would show up and knock on our door. If we needed to be there, why wouldn't they give us advance notice they're coming. They outsourced some of the work, so some guys showed up to do gutter work and had no idea what they were there for and wanted me to explain it to them. What if I wasn't home? Do not use this company. They looked cheaper than others and now I know why, we ended up paying more than we would have if we went with the other companies we looked at. But, the worst is that they leave you feeling cheated and taken advantage of. Do not use them.

The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That "There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect." The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this. My wife & I love our home, but the shower in our master bathroom was looking dingy... particularly,…read morethe grout between the tiles. Me being a typical guy, I tended to overlook it. But it drove my wife crazy, and the more I looked at it, she was right... The grout was no longer white, but kind of gray & discolored.... it just looked bad. And also, when we moved in, the people before us had just applied caulk between the tub and the tile wall, and it was all yucky and discolored (and probably a bit moldy). So we decided we needed to regrout. I was considering doing it myself until I did some research... this sounded like a time-consuming, tedious job... removing the old grout, applying the new grout after mixing it, washing the tile, waiting for it to dry.... I'm not much of a do-it-yourselfer to begin with, so the lazy sombitch in me decided to see if I could find anyone who would render this service for a reasonable price. I called a few people, and some places (particularly Amore) were kind of douchy on the phone about re-grouting. So I called Mignone, and they were able to give me a ballpark estimate. He had someone come out in a week or so, and man, for just $175, they did an incredible job. It's unbelievable how new the shower looks now.... fresh, gleaming white grout between the tiles. The man got the job done in less than 4 hours, and in just over a day, it was dry and ready for use. So, if you are considering a little home improvement in this type of area, definitely give these guys a call. I do feel somewhat guilty not being a do-it-yourself guy, but then again, it felt good supporting a good, reputable local business. So, if you need anything work done with your bathroom tile, give these guys a call. Well, I take that back. If you're trying to install a secret camera behind one of the tiles so you can see your co-ed roommate take a shower, don't call these guys. You're a real sicko, man... and you need to get some help. But for anything else you want to do with your tile, try these guys.
