Professional but pricey. The clinic is very clean and well-kept. The best part of their service is that you get a reminder note to tell you to come back for your next cleaning or check-up. read more

Walked in yesterday to ask about the price for accupressure. The lady at the counter told me that…read moreit would be 55 GBP and to fill out a form. I filled out the form and the doctor saw me right away. He did a 3-5 minute assessment of my shoulder issue and then had me lay on the table and proceeded to do acupuncture, which is not what I came in for. I decided to let it go and he put a bunch of needles in my shoulder and neck. Then had me roll over and did the same to the front. I will say that I my frozen shoulder did feel 50% better BUT he kept mentioning that he recommended me to take herbs to help for 5 weeks at 70 GBP per week. I declined. Then when I went to leave another person was at the counter with a bunch of herbs already bagged up told me the same that the doctor recommended the herbs for 5 weeks. I said no, and he said that there is a discount so the 5 weeks would cost 50 GBP per (250 GBP) I declined and as I went to leave he told me that the 55 GBP was for the consultation and that the acupuncture was 90 GBP. In the past month I've had acupuncture done in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco . This was more expensive than ANY of these cities. I think that the doctor was good, but the practices of the office leaves much to be desired. None of the other acupuncture places that I went to ever suggested herbs for the muscles in my shoulder. One sold me a muscle balm, which makes more sense. Beware

Their doctor gave me some herbal remedies and in a few days, I was better. What I find upsetting is that (like most Chinese shops), they will hard-sell you. Yes, even their medical practitioners. They'll highly suggest that you get acupuncture (which could actually be beneficial), or pay for 4 weeks of treatment (1 extra week of treatment for free) in advance so you'll have to go back. Be careful.

I have been recommended to Harley Street Health Centre by one of my colleagues. So I booked an appointment with Dr Abood. The consult lasted an hour, and included a chat about my symptoms, when they occur, ear & nose check, blood pressure and also had blood taken. Personally, even though I am in my mid 30's,I am really scarred of the needle, but the nurse was amazing. She distracted me by keeping my mind busy chatting, while she was drawing blood. Offered me water & advised to wait for couple of minutes before I leave. The whole experience was 5*. No rushing or looking at you like you are crazy because your palms & sole is itching at night, weirdly enough. So the next day I got my results. It was not as bad as I thought. Iron & Vitamin D deficiency. Something that can be fixed easily. So glad I went to the clinic, as my nose bleeds and itchyness have been haunting me for years. I am now taking my supplements & feeling much better. Will have another blood test done probably in 3-4 months.

This medical center, part of the Wellington Hospital, is a paragon of professional (& private)…read moremedical care. Think: 5-star hotel meets a discreet place to get your boobs done. It's fancy... and the service level matches that. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I first visited for an oral surgery consultation with Dr. Luke Cascarini. A bit of banter, a look at my wisdom teeth and x-rays, and discussion about the pros and cons of surgery and off I went. I actually had my wisdom teeth out at another clinic, but I came back for 2 post-op consultations. Dr. Cascarini made me feel at ease and helped me weigh my options. I was an anxious little bunny about going under general anesthesia and getting my teeth ripped out... But he is an absolute gem. If you absolutely have to be sick, this place is a good place to be.
