I did not realize they encourage appointments for sprays, but she got me in anyway. She was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. Malvern isn't close, but isn't a bad drive and the variety of options they show on their website was enough to get me in my car! The salon is in a small strip mall off 30 so be careful not to drive by. The inside is really as nice as the pictures. It looks like a fun beach store when you walk in the lobby. I was immediately greeted and I had good vibes right away. And yes, I'm totally one of those people with a knee-jerk reaction that judges based on facial expressions and first impressions of front desk behaviors. There were 3 ladies, one of which was the owner Lori and they were all sweet as can be. I let them know I found them online and I was there to tan and check out their beds and Lori sprang into action. She showed me the entire salon, explaining every bed and every other service (light therapy, water table massage etc) room they offer, but not at all in a pushy way. Just to show me since I really did show up out of curiosity. I'm too lazy to get into all the details but suffice to say she knew everything about every bed, bulb, bell and whistle for each bed and booth and assured me her staff was just as educated about the equipment. The salon was spotless, everyone wore masks, everything was marked where it had been sanitized and when I was doing all the paperwork she explained how they clean and maintain the equipment. I felt completely safe. I can't say enough about this salon. I tried a crazy cool new bed with Lori's recommendation. It had a mess of facial-type bulbs all over the top, none on the bottom, 20 minutes and you flip mid-way through. It was SO relaxing, literally like laying on the beach since it had a nice pad with a towel. It was a nice break in my day and totally worth the drive. It won't be my regular salon because of distance, but a couple times a month to switch up my bed or for another service is a no brainer. Thanks guys for a great experience!

Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! After showering off the next morning, my tan is a perfect, natural-looking shade. Overall this was the best spray tan I have ever had in terms of convenience, color, and professionalism. In all my years of spray tanning, nobody has ever topped Evelyn's work. I go to her because she prides herself on providing quality service. And it shows. My appointment was for Saturday at 2:30. Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. Besides spray tans, Evelyn also does sugaring and lash extensions. It's not often that I get spray tans, but I will always refer Evelyn to my family and friends.

I am middle eastern so my eyebrows grow thick and wild - but Evelyn has mastered them. I drive 1 hour each way just to get my eyebrows done by Evelyn and it's worth every minute and every penny.
