When you buy insurance, you never plan on having to file a claim against it. However, you should…read moremake sure not only that the insurance carrier is solid but perhaps more importantly that your insurance agent actually works for you and looks after your interests. Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with two back-to-back water damage claims, one that I had to file under my homeowners insurance policy and another against the subcontractors policy. Fortunately, both policies were with State Farm and I had Zac on my side. Not only did Zac provide clear guidance and followed up through the process but also he interceded in our behalf when the subcontractor was trying to elude responsibility. Do yourself a favor and call Zac for your insurance needs. He and his team will provide you with great prices, service and guidance whenever needed.

I was waiting for that call because it was very important, and I have no missed calls nor voicemails from you for that day. The one time you called me was on Tuesday, 3/12, and you did not leave a voicemail, nor call back. Next time, be honest, and maybe it will turn out better for you. I'm glad things worked out the way they did, and I found a great (honest and responsive) agent with excellent staff. Original review - 3/8/24: Terrible customer service. I spoke with Matthew, who couldn't help me with anything. He said I needed to wait to speak to Zac Gresham, who had just gone out to lunch, but that he would make sure he returned my call when he got back. Never called me back. Honestly, I don't care because I ended up with an agent who has an office full of people who provide excellent customer service. But I just wanted to share my poor experience with this agency. Shop around and think twice before choosing this agent.
