When I knew we were due for new tires, I would just call them, and they would be there the following day, no down pay, no hassle. When we bought our current car (used) we knew it needed all the tires replaced. The dealership only had one brand that was $750 per tire. I got 4 brand new tires from Clark for a grand total of $550. And they had them in stock. 45 minutes later I was back on the road. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and no one has had any complaint. A couple Sundays ago, the rear wheel suddenly caved inwards on the road. My regular mechanic was closed on Sundays, but Clark tire was open. I figured this is tire/wheel adjacent, right? My car is also 14 years old, very rested out, nearing the end of its life, and not worth a lot. I recall from the two previous times I'd been to Clark Tire for only tire issues they were very negotiable, willing to propose cheaper solutions, source used parts and tires. So I figured they would be able to figure out the most cost effective solution to keep a very old car limping along. They diagnosed the problem as a rusted out sub-frame (the part that holds everything together on the back of the car). When they gave me an initial estimate for $1800k I lamented that was nearly the value of the car. Joe immediately went to work trying to find a more cost effecting solution. Eventually they wound up welding and reinforcing the existing sub-frame and replacing the shocks for $900. The incident with the wheel caving in also threw off my alignment, so he threw in alignment gratis when I noticed it was off. He said he would guarantee that the car would be drivable for at least year. I took it for a longer drive and quickly realized the car was not safe on the highway. I brought it back and Joe offered to order a new subframe, install it, and realign the tires gratis. He didn't charge me for the additional labor or new parts, which cost him $310. He said he gave me a guarantee and he would stick to his promise and make things right for me. I picked up the car a few hours ago. It was ready a few days sooner than he had promised. The part must have come in and they installed it that day. Replacing a subframe, for anyone that doesn't know, is a LOT of work, especially if the existing one is rusted out it can take a few hours. This was not a small job he was offering to do gratis. I just took it on a long test drive, intentionally driving into pot holes to see how it handled. The car drove perfectly. I honestly thought this was the end of my Prius, but Joe and the team at Clark Tire breathed new life into it. Joe said he didn't make any money on this job and I believe him. But he earned a customer for life and the least I can do is spread my praise.

After Aurelio test-drove the car, he said that it did not need new suspension. Aurelio and Alberto are competent, hard working and honest. They will tell you if it's something that they do not work on, e.g., anything associated with hybrid battery. The only thing is the shop is family run and they are so busy, it's hard to get your car in if you need immediate work.

I found them by searching online, and I called ahead and drove in on a spare tire without an appointment. Nin and Tony were able to look at the flat tire I took out of the trunk, fix it, and put it back on my car within a half hour of my getting there. They also looked at the spare I drove in on during that time, because it was flat by the time they reinstalled the regular tire. Though the spare couldn't be repaired because of where the damage was on it, Nin referred me to a tire place he likes, and told me who to ask for by name. He also suggested I could ask that place if I can get a discount on a new spare if I trade in the old one. I don't expect to get seen so fast by a service provider, without an appointment, and then pay nothing, but that's what happened. They didn't charge me, but I gave them a tip anyway. I'm writing this 10 days after the repair, and the tire is still good as new. I'm very grateful for the service!

The real problem? A couple of totally rusted-through pipes on either side of the resonator (fine btw) that Octavio walked me under before and after the work to verify. In and out in half an hour, and our little Mazda purrs not bangs. I spent over $2,000 on a catalytic converter replacement for my 2012 Audi Q5, and the repair never…read moreresolved the original issue. The car continued throwing emissions and catalyst codes almost immediately afterward. I eventually took the vehicle to two independent Audi specialists. Both told me they were shocked by how much I had been charged for the converter Meineke installed. Both also told me they did not believe that converter was ever going to reliably pass emissions testing on my vehicle because it was such a low-quality part. Despite that, both specialists encouraged me to give Meineke the opportunity to make it right before having any additional work done elsewhere. I tried. Over the following months, I returned multiple times looking for a solution. Instead, I kept being presented with additional repairs. At one point I was told I needed brakes and an alternator. When I reminded them that Meineke had installed the brakes less than a year earlier, suddenly I didn't need brakes anymore. Later, I learned the alternator replacement was unnecessary as well. The final straw was Meineke's proposed solution. After all of this, their answer was to replace the failed converter with the same type of converter that had already failed. After being told by two Audi specialists that this was the wrong part for the vehicle, I had no confidence that putting the same part back in was going to solve anything. I was initially told that if there was a problem with the repair, I could take the vehicle to any Meineke location. When the repair failed, I learned that was not actually how the process worked. I ultimately dealt with multiple Meineke locations, their warranty process, and Meineke corporate over many months. After months of trying to resolve the issue through the shops and through Meineke corporate, I had to take the vehicle elsewhere in order to pass emissions and keep it on the road. During this process, management at the original location changed. My issue is not with the employees currently working there. My issue is with the way this repair was handled, the repeated attempts to sell me additional repairs while the original problem remained unresolved, and the complete lack of accountability from Meineke afterward. I also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. The BBB ultimately closed the complaint after Meineke failed to respond. Based on my experience with multiple Meineke locations, their warranty process, and Meineke corporate customer service, I have lost confidence in the company as a whole. I would not trust Meineke with a major repair and will not use the company again.

They charged me $79.99. Then they charged me for a 1 year alignment plan I didn't ask for. They invented my address. They told me it would be done in 2 hours. It was 4 hours later with no update. Told me I declined a number of services that I was never told about. They even told me I declined a tire rotation which I specifically asked for. According to their records, I last changed my cabin air filter in 2020. Well that's not true because they changed it the last year. On top of all that, they then charged me a 3% fee for using a credit card. Oh, and I called literally 20 times in a row. No one answered the phone.
