I also purchased some of their potato salad and 3 dozen homemade Raviolis (Cheese, Meat, Short-Rib). Both the Italian Hero and the Veal Parmigiana Hero were delicious and full of flavor. DeVeglio's will definitely be my go to for Italian hoagies. The potato salad was equally delicious and a definite reorder in the future. I will have to report back on the homemade Raviolis as they will be eaten for dinner soon. To the "Old World" Italian environment, kinda like Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, without the human statues that move ever so slightly, but just enough to to make you feel, something is a miss, but what??? Also, you want to go here to dine because their competing Restaurants in the area feel having you wait in very long, well over an hour and a half lines, just to get in satisfies their need not to take any reservations. The side order of sausage was sliced too thin and was drowning in red sauce. We didn't ask for it in red sauce, and removed the sauce. That left us with tasteless sausage. We added garlic and oil in an effort to give it some flavor, but the sausage was so dried out. It was like eating jerky. another wasted order since it was tossed in the trash. Whether it's a problem in the kitchen this evening or something ongoing I can't say.
