Walked away with 3 new pairs of progressives between my husband and I. Alvaro was extremely patient. He didn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish. But between hand gestures and Google translate for both, it was a better experience than we have EVER had in the states. I took one more quote a few blocks away which was a little more expensive and would take 3 days. I only had 1 day, and Inova Optica delivered. Inside, the store has a creative look, displaying a timeless-yet-contemporary minimalist design meets steampunk via Mexican flair, plus a soupcon of understated wit. I started by picking out two dozen frames for consideration. Okay, that's an exaggeration. It was three dozen. Narrowed it to a dozen and tried them all on again. And again.
