Walked away with 3 new pairs of progressives between my husband and I. Alvaro was extremely patient. He didn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish. But between hand gestures and Google translate for both, it was a better experience than we have EVER had in the states. And he promised the classes in 1 week and we picked them up exactly one week later! This happened about 1 month ago and we still love our glasses!
