I understand wanting to turn profits but when you do nothing to property and sell it for way over…read moreits value because of your say so, you're robbing yourself of loyal clients. You buy a property, gut it, and less than a month later (without renos mind you) you put it up for sale $250k more than your purchase price. Make it make sense. The most you should ask for is the purchase price you paid plus demo price. Whoever your agent is in charge of that property is also difficult to work with. He doesn't let anyone get a word out to have a normal human being conversation. Won't go near your agency with a 10 ft pole.

Wanted to look at an house and received the following message from the Realtor at John Greene…read more There is an up front fee of $50 to setup the viewing of the house, and a 3.5% buyers commission (non negotiable if you put in an offer) that a contract must be signed prior to viewing the house. While I understand the laws have changed around buyers commission and sellers commission fee, the percentage requested up front is more than the average commission received by sellers today... usually it's 6% total (buyer/seller) and 1% goes to the sellers company, and selling realtor gets 2.5% to 3.0% and buying realtor gets 2.0% to 2.5%. Even then everything should be negotiable between the buyer/seller which is what the law was changed to mean.. Would not recommend anyone deal with Amanda from John greene Realtor.

Seller Beware! Read this before you sign with Rozanksi…read more Our journey with Team Rozanski started off positively but took a terrible turn. We sat down with Joe in September and wanted to try to sell our home by November. If we didn't get an offer, we'd intended to rent. He led us to believe it would be no problem and that the market dies off after Thanksgiving. The home was listed by Rozanski. They put up a sign, the pictures taken were mediocre, and they printed off some home made flyers to leave for showings. That was the extent of their services. Their only strategy to sell the home was to keep lowering the price. No mention of an open house or any leads/showings from their end. At the end of November we submitted a request to take our home off the market. Team Rozanski refused to take our listing down unless we paid a $250 cancellation fee that was not in our contract. After asking where the cancellation fee was listed in the contract, they sent several email diatribes about recouping their costs and continued to request $250 to de-list. They offered to waive the $250 fee if we would let them sell in the future or use their rental services. Felt a little like blackmail. It was a really uncomfortable situation I hope no one else has to go through. I wish they would have worked as hard to sell the home as they did to get $250 out of us. Do yourself a favor and call RedFin.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY JOE ROZANSKI TO BE YOUR REALTOR!!!! Me…read moreand my husband hired him last year and he did not do jack shit for us. He will not put you as a priority on his list. He will tell you what you wanna hear. He did not give us feedback on any showings he did not make an effort to sell the home. and he decided to call me on a Saturday night after he attended a company party and decided to call me while he was intoxicated and after a friend of the family which happened to be at my home and give him a piece of his mind then he decided that he did not wanna be our agent any longer because he know he was wrong by calling someone while being intoxicated!!!! he seems very professional he will tell you what you wanna hear so you can hire him but , in reality he's not a good agent he's not a go getter. So please be careful before you hire this guy Joe to work for you. Six months later we put our townhome back on the market and it sold within a week.
