Our family used Deb Ritter twice and are very happy with the marketing skills and professionalism…read moreshe used to sell our home and a condo. Deb was the broker we used both times, and we were impressed with her hard work and knowledge of the local real estate market. Deb was very easy to reach by phone, text, and email every time we had a question. She also sat down with us several times to explain the sales process and the documents involved in our listings and eventual sales. Her sales strategy was very helpful in quickly selling our properties for top dollar. We would use her again to sell real estate, and highly recommend her as a trustworthy agent who gave us individual care and attention, and also to the other sellers and buyers she represents.

It also turns out he's the office manager, so there was no way, unfortunately, to avoid him being part of any of the transactions. He was even very unethical in making a concessions offer to the interested buyer without consulting us first! He's arrogant and doesn't know how to promptly communicate updates to us. Thankfully, our real estate attorney, Dale Hauser from Urban & Burt was very professional and on-the-ball with every bit of this sale. If we could have chosen who received the commission from the sale of our house, it would have gone to our real estate attorney as he did all of the work. At closing, our real estate attorney, once again, came through for us. The Z-Team didn't even bother to show up or even call to give instructions/directions on their part of the closing process. Our attorney had to call them and their response was to just put the check in the mail. Very poor experience as a whole. And, I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone.

There are NOT ENOUGH STARS for the level of expertise, empathy, follow-through and professionalism…read moreSue, Amy and their entire team bring to the table. Sue answered the call to help market an extremely overstuffed and undermaintained home when my elderly parent needed to go into assisted living. She took on a tight selling window and some *exceedingly* tricky family dynamics with grace, aplomb, and supreme market insight. Thanks to the Sue Pearce team, some key takeaways: - Sue did an initial walkthrough on a Sunday and showed tremendous sensitivity in front of the homeowner. - Sue promoted the home to her network and had walkthroughs happening the very next day. - Sue and Amy rolled up their sleeves, brought boxes and even called in reinforcements to get the home cleaned out in only a week -- an absolutely superhuman effort. - Before the home even officially listed on the MLS, we had multiple competing offers. - Sue made professional recommendations, we secured the highest bidder, and then proceeded smoothly through a lightning-fast close without incident. At every moment during this process, Sue comported herself with total equanimity and responsiveness as if we were her one and only client. Sue single-handedly transformed an incredibly stressful experience into a swift, successful resolution. It's impossible to recommend her highly enough.
