I thought I was very clear about my expectations after demonstrating how the previous security company had failed and now after $20000 more expense and several attempted, and successful break in's most of the hardware is not meeting expectations. I have all kinds of video of people stealing my stuff, nothing for pre warning as was the principle expectation. Falsely sold on what the equipment is actually capable of. I was looking for perimeter security. that has fallen flat on its face. the second company cannot configure the existing hardware to achieve crossline detection any better than Seamless could based on hardware limitations. what a waste of money. I wish I could sue for total compensation for the whole hardware flop based on expected performance. I hope no one else falls for the pitch of great performance, while the reality is the cameras are very limited as to what they can actually do.
