I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with their services. To begin with, the electrician they sent to my house seemed more interested in wasting time than actually resolving the issue at hand. It became evident that he had no intention of efficiently diagnosing the problem, as he aimlessly tinkered with various components, without any clear direction or purpose. It was apparent that he was deliberately prolonging the process to maximize the number of hours billed, which is both unethical and unacceptable. Furthermore, the electrician's work pace was remarkably slow, almost as if he had no regard for the value of my time or the urgency of the situation. Each task that should have taken a reasonable amount of time was needlessly prolonged, adding more hours to the already exorbitant bill. This deliberate sluggishness not only wasted my valuable time but also showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. To add insult to injury, when the final bill arrived, I was appalled by the exorbitant amount they charged me for their inadequate services. It was clear that the company prioritized financial gain over providing efficient and honest service. The charges were unjustifiably high, considering the amount of time wasted and the subpar work that was eventually done. I strongly caution anyone considering hiring SNG electrical to think twice. Their lack of integrity, unskilled labor, and unethical billing practices have left a bitter taste in my mouth.
