She helped me set up my machine and explained how they work. You can use change or the electronic pad that takes card. In 45 minutes, both of my huge comforters were washed and dried for $12. I'm walking to look for a cart hoping there is a third one somewhere.I see the office in the back, the door is open and there's an empty cart sitting there. I go up to the female attendant that has black hair pulled up in a bun, ask her if I can use the cart in the back office. she blurts out, "You went in the office?" I told her no. the door is open. I saw a cart in there but this left me a little startled and unsettled because I wasn't expecting her to blurt out hostility. Then as I put my quarter in and the dryer it will not turn. I had just put a quarter in and it worked before. The dryer light was on but the dryer would not start up and work. I'm by the dryer, this lady is up front behind the front desk and I say," hey". she doesn't look at me. I said hey again waving and she doesn't look at me. now I said it loud enough where she should have heard it. there's not very much noise in that laundromat, it's only me and two other people in there today. then I yell a little louder, "hello", wow! she replied "don't yell at me!", then she goes on and on. It's always the ones that overreact and that are in the wrong with their emotional outbursts saying, "God bless you", trying to dominate and convince themselves THEY are the righteous victim but doesn't realize ....she acts like an ass. From the start, first time I went in, this lady had a jacked up attitude. Did not say, "hello" no greetings when I entered the business. She gave off an I'm pissed vibe. This is the first time I've been to a laundromat where somebody who worked there put off vibes like that. Most laundromats, the staff is cheerful or at least pleasant. This is the first time I've ever encountered a rotten attitude. She needs to clean up her act, Tydee up her act. Working isn't always pleasant but I didn't do anything to aggravate this lady and I did not appreciate at all the hostility that she threw out.
