The dentist, who had been speaking with them, immediately left the room when we walked in. The older woman at the front desk looked at us with clear hostility, and the younger staff member pretended to check my Blue Cross Blue Shield Arkansas dental insurance only to tell me they "probably" don't take it--even though I have full coverage. My husband, who is Caucasian, immediately sensed the tension and was shocked by the way we were treated. We both felt the behavior toward us was discriminatory and entirely unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this office--especially if you're not Caucasian. We did not feel welcomed, respected, or treated fairly in any way.
