I definitely cannot forget Shannon Hughes she had some miracle hands taking care of my wounds I really appreciate her care. Their was one fault I had was the food they was serving me was always cold you would think out of all the money my insurance pays was about $965.00 to stay there. I guess they want us to bother the busy staff just to warm up a damn biscuit before eating. They , owners , should be ASHAMED of themselves! They go home to luxury while the residents on Hall 400 have to eat cold dinner as if they were dogs outside . The State Department should know about this ! I heard something happened in another facility that had nothing to do with this building in Durham. So your solution was to deny the residents a place to have warm food ??? We were sitting around picking through our lunch because no one wanted to walk back and forth to another damn floor. Nurses at the station was looking at us , shaking their heads , saying Ma'am that's a shame. Call the state. I think I will.

Terrible service. We had an initial phone call with lots of questions about our child to get set up…read morefor an evaluation. Then answered the same questions at that evaluation (which there were several issues scheduling). Then had to complete a survey with the same questions prior to the first actual appt. Each time we scheduled an appointment for the first evaluation and then services, we'd then be asked to move it (this rescheduling happened twice for the initial evaluation), or we scheduled the first actual appt for services and they cancelled the appointment day-of (less than two hours prior) because the provider was out/couldn't make it. It's been well over three months of dealing with cancelled, moved appts, repeated paperwork and our child has still never been seen for any care. Would not recommend!
