We went with a complete transmission rebuild to the tune of approx $4,500. Unfortunately after the repair, the transmission was still slipping so we took it back. Reliable accepted our claim with no questions asked and did more repair work. We had it in and out of their shop approximately 6 times before the Buick was finally fixed. They had to do a lot of extra work (torque converter, computer programming updates etcs) but they kept at it. A normal repair shop might have threw up their hands and given up, but Reliable kept its word and we finally got the repair we paid for.

Chris and team met the challenge head-on with total honest and transparency. He told me "worse case scenario" what it would cost me to get fixed. To any other shop, this is a "blank check." Instead, Chris and team fixed only what was needed. An expensive repair just became "affordable." On another occasion I brought the same truck in for a steering issue. I brought it in for a "second opinion" of a very well known shop down the street. Chris and team not only fixed the issue at less than half the cost of the other shop, but showed me and explained why the other issues "the other guys" said was needed was bogus. Chris is a very honest and reputable businessman. He supports his community with outstanding service and a respected opinion of the business community. He will not gouge you for needless repairs just to make a quota. Chris and team is my go-to repair shop for all things mechanical!

Jason took the time to explain the common issues for my vehicle. He even showed me pictures in the Ford book. He was a Ford Tech for quite a while, so he knows his stuff. Oh yeah, we had a good discussion about treating customers well, and serving with integrity. That's his priority in business, and mine too. Thanks, ya'll!
