Amazing quality products any print work. Very happy with the speed and value I received from the team at Deuce!

Terrible business. I had come in with blank shirts, hoodies, and hats. I had a file for my logo. They charged me $500 to do the embroidery and screen printing. The guy at the front desk said they would touch up my logo, center the wording and make everything look level. When asked if I would be charged for the logo. He said "Of course not, that would be robbery!" As the logo I had was already complete, they just were going to touch it up. Now, fast forward a couple months and I'm creating door hangers and a website for my business, and I want the logo they put on all of my company shirts to match. I called in and now he's saying that they don't just give out the logo file. That I would have to pay $250 for it. The price they charge for them to create a new logo from scratch! When I told him the situation, he said " they were being nice". So before, for me to pay $250 it would have been robbery, now it's okay to charge me. Not a nice company, very rude on the phone, said I was cutting out and hung up the phone on a customer. Very unprofessional. I'm displeased entirely. Shady business. read more

These guys (and girls) are complete hacks and clowns; over-privileged college kids that just didn't want to get real jobs whose shirts look like something coeds created in their dorm rooms before the "big game." Don't let them fool you as they did me, these "cool kids" convinced me they knew what they were doing with fancy printing terminology and vast promises of producing a quality product cheaper, faster, and better than the competition. Well, for anyone who's ever had someone shake their hand and pee on their foot at the same time, buyers beware! You definitely get what you pay for at this place. In my attempt, to save a few dollars, I ended up with company shirts that are not even legible? To which I was told, "they were printed to specs." And "they're not wrong perse." To which I politely pointed out that if you cannot read them MaGoo, they ARE in fact wrong! In an attempt for them to save money on ink, my logo was compressed so much that it no longer was even legible. So, after spending $272 on shirts and $358 on printing the shirts, I was issued a $130 refund because "I would not want you to pay for something you are unhappy with." However, as a result of these underemployed hippies with no clue of what they are doing or how to run a business, my crew, customers, and I are left wearing something we are unhappy with instead. With tons of printing companies around Dayton, if you care about quality products and customer service, save your time and spend the extra money to go elsewhere. read more
