But, don't worry, they take the time with you that you'll need to make you feel comfortable, safe and address all of your concerns. Nikia, is the receptionist and she will always greet you by your name. Carley, is a very knowledgeable nurse and also the office manager, and she is awesome, experienced and wears many hats, but she's a RN and ready to serve. Both have been here the duration of time I've been their patient, and they both care very much about every patient as they go above and beyond to help assist you. Wound patients are very sensitive patients, our wounds can be very difficult and or serious in nature. My doctor, Dr Dexter is wonderful. He treats me as he'd like to be treated, with respect and compassion. He's one of my life hero's! He is knowledgeable and has a wide depth of experience in this specialty field of medicine. There are also several female doctors at this wound center if a female doctor is what you'd prefer. I couldn't believe how close I was to such an amazing clinic with a very understanding staff and Doctor. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how well and maintained the office was. I was also warmly greeted by Joy and Marie. I asked about the procedures they offered and it's prices, they explained in detail what they offered. They then asked if I'd like to see Eddie for a consultation to see what my actual needs might be. I definitely needed some work done after two babies and being over 40, so I agreed. Joy immediately set me up with Eddie, who explained in detail what would suit me best physically and for my pocket. I honestly thought I'd need more work, but Eddie was very professional and to the point on what would help me out best. I was expecting major critic and work ahead, but was told I didn't need a lot. I was so relieved to hear that and so shocked to find out how easy, safe and not so expensive the whole procedures were! He complained about how little money he was making in the procedure DURING the procedure. I told the nurse who was pregnant at the time. Her response was he doesn't seem like that. Not caring about what I just told her. In top of that my stomach has a permanent indent. Too much fat came one area and now paying another surgeon to fix. On a follow up he left in the room for an hour while seeing other patients. I believe I have PTSD from the experience or would written this sooner. This is a very honest review.
